Got GW to come to fix an electric shower. Danny said he would get back with a quote. 9 days later I phoned their office and was promised they would get back to me. One week later I phoned again, lots of apologies and was promised a phone message that afternoon. I phoned again next day and was assured they would respond by phone or e-mail that day. 3 days later I am still waiting.....

Great service, contacted Carl and Wes with a Boiler problem came out the same day and sorted this for couldnt be more happier with the service I received.

I rang this plumber last Thursday morning ( 11th). He said someone could come to me the following morning to fix a leaking pipe, it wouldn't be him as he was having the day off to be with his children, but it would be his nephew who had worked with him for 10 years, and he had trained and was fully qualified. So I agreed and booked time off work for Friday morning to wait in. No-one plumber arrived the following morning. I had telephoned on Thursday evening to get an indication of when exactly he would arrive, so I could nip out to the shops. It went to answer machine but he rang the next morning (Friday) about 9.10 am and said he was struggling to get hold of his nephew, but would keep trying. He then rang again around 10.15 am to say he still hadn't got hold of his nephew and couldn't guarantee he would be there that morning. So I'd taken time off work to wait in for a plumber who didn't arrive. Unreliable and I suggest you steer clear.
