I can't recommend Rob and the Albatross Express team enough. From start to finish they have been an absolutely amazing team. They took great care and attention to make sure the move was smooth, and were utterly professional and looked after everything. The cost was very very competitive (the best I have found for the area) and quality was second to none - what more can I say! I would not hesitate to recommend Rob and his team again and will definitely use them again should we be moving in the future. Fantastic experience and cannot recommend enough.

We did a move from Basildon to Clacton , the guys where great, nothing was an issue, they where helpful and friendly. Remembered moving us in 6 years prior and when I advised my son has autism they set up the furniture in his new room identical to his old room , and it's the little details that help tremendously! Fantastic service and very pleased indeed. Turned up at 9am and didnt finish until 7:30pm (and still had to drive from Blackpool to Harrogate). Courteous throughout and treated my property with respect. Could not have been happier with the service and at the best price too.

Fantastic service from start to finish moving us from Eccles. Neil and the team were very professional, polite and respectful of our contents. The whole gang worked so hard moving everything we asked for, including some very awkward items. Great bunch of workers, great sense of humour and very efficient crew from loading to unloading. Even fixed our very heavy bed that needed some TLC prior to the move. Can't recommend this company highly enough. Very unprofessional firm and not equipped to do the job. All they had to do was move a piano from one room to another. They tried lifting it with furniture straps, dropped it several times and damaged it. Although they offered to pay for a repair to the piano they then refused to pay me unless I signed to say it was a Full and Final Settlement. This is despite the fact it has not been possible to repair properly and is permanently damaged. The silent system built within the piano is also now impossible to use. They refused to pay to rectify that. Avoid this firm at all costs. I have had to pay for repairs out of my own pocket and they refuse to repay me what I have spent to try and put right damage caused through their incompetence.

I had a fantastic experience using Melhuish Removals. When l first contacted them, they quickly arranged to come round to give me a quote at a time that suited me. They arrived bang on time and everything was explained clearly and all questions answered as well as providing me with a very reasonable quote. At a later date, l rang to request boxes and they were incredibly kind and brought them round the next morning - even though it was a Sunday!! As a company, they were very easy-going and when my exchange didn't happen at the expected date (and my chosen moving date couldn't happen) they took it all in their stride and were happy to arrange another moving date with me - their helpful and no fuss approach really helped decrease my stress levels! All phone messages and WhatsApp messages were responded to amazingly quickly and moving day went incredibly smoothly thanks to them. The moving team were skillful, professional and incredibly friendly. I definitely recommend their services!
