Efficient, friendly, brought a personal touch to the process as Paul himself visited our flat to troubleshoot possible access issues and discuss how best to secure our delicate items for safe transit, as well as making notes of how best to approach our storage locker located a few miles away. Paul offered us packing materials (as wed underestimated!) and was even happy to refund any that were unused. Suffice it to say nothing was too much trouble, were even willing to disconnect and reconnect our washing machine, patient and considerate at all times..they have been firmly recommended to friends and family!

Paul was a personable person to deal with and with the ever changing date for completion he was more than accommodating in the stressful situation The team were polite, considerate of our belongings and worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done. I would 100% recommend this family run business. Don quoted me 8 months before we actually got a moving date but still went out of his way to be a helpful as possible.
