On moving day, his three sons arrived right on time in a spotless van. They looked very smart in uniform and carried themselves with complete professionalism throughout the day. From start to finish, they were exceptionally organised, careful, and respectful with all of my belongings. The whole team worked so efficiently and made what could have been a very stressful experience completely stress-free. We used Pauls Removal Company for our move back in September and the service was excellent. Paul and his team were punctual, professional, and incredibly hardworking. They took great care of our belongings and made what could have been a stressful day feel well organised and straightforward. Efficient, friendly, brought a personal touch to the process as Paul himself visited our flat to troubleshoot possible access issues and discuss how best to secure our delicate items for safe transit, as well as making notes of how best to approach our storage locker located a few miles away. Paul offered us packing materials (as wed underestimated!) and was even happy to refund any that were unused. Suffice it to say nothing was too much trouble, were even willing to disconnect and reconnect our washing machine, patient and considerate at all times..they have been firmly recommended to friends and family!

Paul was a personable person to deal with and with the ever changing date for completion he was more than accommodating in the stressful situation The team were polite, considerate of our belongings and worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done.
