We used Pauls Removal Company for our move back in September and the service was excellent. Paul and his team were punctual, professional, and incredibly hardworking. They took great care of our belongings and made what could have been a stressful day feel well organised and straightforward. We wouldnt hesitate to use them again and would gladly recommend them to others.

Efficient, friendly, brought a personal touch to the process as Paul himself visited our flat to troubleshoot possible access issues and discuss how best to secure our delicate items for safe transit, as well as making notes of how best to approach our storage locker located a few miles away. Paul offered us packing materials (as wed underestimated!) and was even happy to refund any that were unused. Suffice it to say nothing was too much trouble, were even willing to disconnect and reconnect our washing machine, patient and considerate at all times..they have been firmly recommended to friends and family!

Paul was a personable person to deal with and with the ever changing date for completion he was more than accommodating in the stressful situation The team were polite, considerate of our belongings and worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done. They were patient with the delay getting the keys to the new property. Nothing was too much trouble. A pleasure to do business with and highly recommend to anyone!

What a fantastic team, I moved 20th December thought it would be really stressful but the team made me feel at ease from packing my home to moving me to my new house. They used protective covers on my furniture, front door and stairs. They treated all my goods with care. The team were polite and professional and wouldnt leave until I was happy where they had put all my goods. Great value for money, would definitely recommend to others

Jul 2016 I moved last Saturday.Excellent service from start to finish the guys turned up on time they were polite, friendly and professional covering items so there would be no damage they even went the extra mile for me and got the last few bits out of my loft which I could not lift. I would 100% recommend this family run business. Don quoted me 8 months before we actually got a moving date but still went out of his way to be a helpful as possible. I can not praise his son's enough for the patience and professionalism on a very long and stressful move. We moved from Canvey to Clacton on one of the hottest days of this year.
