My ridge tiles blew off in the recent storm, so I got Mark from thomson local.He was straight talking, which I like, an came round that day to put them back on till he could do perm job. His builders came today did great job, were very polite an left no mess would definetly recomend Mark.

Very bad experience. Took plans said quote would be ready in 10 days. 2 months later nothing then he popped up. Came a couple of times said don,t worry I will not forget you never seen him since now about 7 months ago.So would NOT recommend this builder

So pleased we asked Mick to do our dormer roof. He really takes pride in his work and he advised us accordingly. He turned up on time and kept the drive tidy, taking all the rubbish away. We have booked him in to do our other dormer in the summer. Thanks Mick and see you in a few months!

Peter and his team were excellent from start to finish - he gave a competitive quote and squeezed us in between jobs. Particularly liked the photos so we could see what was wrong! Polite, professional, punctual. Would absolutely use again, and very happy to recommend.

PR Home Improvements provided me with an excellent service. I initially found them online but found a few of my neighbours had also had some work done by them and recommended them to be as well. They came to do a complete re-roof for me as well as my guttering and some other jobs. I really can't fault their service they were on time, and the lads that came were extremely polite and lovely to deal with, nothing was too much for them. I would definitely recommend them to others

Steve came to fix a couple of leaks on our terraced roof. -first attempt didn't solve leak but he returned and persevered until it did. He also found and fixed a longstanding leak on my roof that several before him had not been able to locate. He also showed us photographs of before, showing where work needed to be done and after of the completed job. Reasonable rates, too.

Hopeless probably came in between a roofing job, put a bit of silver paint on the roof valley charge me £40 the next day it was leaking again, got emergency home cover to come out, they confirmed it needed a roof new valley he probably didn't have the time to do it, only had the time just to fit me in for 1-hour in between his roofing job that day.

Steve has done a few jobs for my family over the years. Always great quality work and always feel the work is at a very fair cost, never too much.
