Superb service as usual. I had a leak into my lounge from an old capped chimney after the heavy rain last weekend. Pat came round Monday , sent Phil to look at it and Pat gave me an estimate Tues AM and Phil then carried out and completed the job that day. He removed the old top of the chimney, replaced timbers, slats and roof felt, added some fascia.and swopped out tiles so they matched. And of course cleared up. I couldn't even see where the old chimney had been when finished. Perfect job. Great firm, always efficient prompt service and excellent communication.

Arnold Building were doing some work on my neighbours house so I asked them to have a look a couple of damaged roof tiles. They were extremely helpful & advised that a few of our ridge tiles also needed replacing. They could start within a couple of weeks so we decided to have all the ridge tiles across our bungalow replaced. Very happy with their work & would highly recommend them.

My mum has phoned so many roofers and they have not got back in touch rang Arnold building &roofing they turned up when they said and they were brilliant telling my mum all the time what they were doing. Rang and emailed local companies but all had said they would contact me ? Arnold building come straight out to give me a quote and come the next day to repair my roof . Put my mind at ease and was very professional. Will definitely recommend them and I will be contacting again for other work in the very near future.

Continuing my earlier Review: The option was Replacing all of the old & poorly installed Lead Work (historically speaking) or doing a really robust repair. I decided on the Repair option and to my delight the job was completed to a very high standard... and now? No more Leaks! Hallelujah! It is with great pleasure that I write the following Review of "Quick Response Roofing" and the excellent Ronan. I contacted this company where all else had failed, in relation to a water leak coming into my downstairs ceiling - through the fireplace & into the adjacent overhead light fitting. Having experienced a very sluggish response from my Home Insurance Company (Emergency/Repair line); the leak was getting worse by the day; (10 days to be exact!). And it was only by taking matters into my own hands, that I came across this fine Roofing Company via Thomsonlocal. Having read the Reviews on their web site, I found just what I'd been looking for and left a message asking for help. Ronan instantly replied to an online enquiry we made about some repairs we needed as a result of the storm. He rang us to arrange a convenient time to come round to do an initial look at the job and then returned at the weekend to do a thorough inspection on the roof. The work was completed to a high standard with Ronan asking us questions throughout and ensuring that the work met our requirements. He kept in contact during the work and then ensured that materials were all cleared away afterwards. I would recommend the business to you as there were no attempts to be pushy at all and he and his team were courteous throughout.

We chose Ronan after contacting others and being disappointed. He immediately impressed us by climbing onto the roof and amking a thorough inspection rathher than walking around at ground level as others had done. The work on our big Edwardian roof, with its several lead-lined valleys, was very well done. Difficult replacements of a sky-light and an eyebrow window were managed.
