Contrary to their website description I found this company to be unreliable, unprofessional, never punctual, never offering a speedy solution and basically they were awful. A job I was told would take 6-8 weeks took nearly 6months. The mythical clean up team we were told about never materialised and we were left with damage to our lawn, garden storage boxes and basically our garden looked like a landfill site. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Guys great, however still trying to get the warranty off this company and the area repaired is leaking again, so if you are reading this please get in touch you know the number

I got my gutters replaced by K Russell roofing. Robert and the team were easy to deal with and did a great job.

A. Menzies & Sons, a Glasgow-based company, did a pointing job on the traditional sash timber 4 bay windows of my living room, late 2017. The quote I received was To re-point 4 No. windows in red sand mastic. The cost was 654 pounds, including VAT. A pair of workmen took approx. 2 hours to do the job. Within a week cracks had appeared in the pointing. The men came out again and patched up the cracks. On return from being abroad I discovered the pointing had cracked in all windows and fallen out in parts. The men re-attended but cracks soon appeared again. I wrote to Menzies & Sons and asked for a refund. They refused, stating the cracking was due to timber movement. In September 2018 I recruited the services of a team of two qualified surveyors to do an inspection and compile a report. They made no reference to loose timber as being problematic. The report concludes: “In short, we would condemn this work as inappropriate, poor workmanship and not fit for purpose”.

David Clark is a rip off merchant . He ripped me off for £6000 . Never pays anyone who does work for him !!

Do not use this company if you want your property ruined and your life.They have conned us and done nothing but lie lie lie lie.

Where do I start with this shower if inept cowboys. First while putting up the scaffolding they managed to smash my 80 year old fathers conservatory roof, they then tried to bully him into starting the job before they fixed the gaping hole in his conservatory, luckily although my father is 80, he is no shrinking violet and told them under no circumstances were they starting until it was fixed. The "manager" and I use that term loosely shouted at my father that they would be starting and his men would be starting regardless of what my father thought, you can imagine how that went down and told him forceably that they were not under any circumstances starting before they fixed their mistake. We had to repair the botch job they did on the conservatory as the rain was coming in and he invited Lonmond to look at the patchwork job they had done on the conservatory and explained his position. The manager declined and was not interested and only wanted his men on and off the job
