What I liked about this company was they came and collected all items from my home and then showed me the facility it would be stored in. Good value for money too with no minimum contracts

We were looking for a removal company in the Hastings Area 1. Spoke to member of staff and they visited our flat we were moving out of to access what was being moved etc 2. We received a quote for the move and booked the date 3. The morning as arranged three gentleman turned up at our old flat worked professionally removing our items quickly and carefully to their van. 4.They arrive at the new address again worked professionally putting our items into the property. The quote received was brilliant compared to other removal companies in the area. The whole situation from our first inquiry to the end process was dealt with in a friendly and clear manner. We needed to get a large sofa removed from my elderly mothers house. The charity she was donating it to failed to get it out so we asked Chapmans to help. They were fantastic, two people arrived on time and with no mess or damage managed to get the sofa out of the house and deliver it to the charity.
