Rude and disrespectful

We booked a taxi for 4 adults to take us to a restaurant & a return trip. The driver who picked us up was on time, friendly & efficient ( he deserves a very good rating). For the return journey, the company could not come up with a driver and after 50 minutes of waiting & numerous phone calls to them, we fortunately found another means to return home. Alpha cars seem to have a monopoly on all taxi firms in Basingstoke ... sadly they did no fulfill their obligation, so we would not recommend them.

Called a day in advance asking for a 3:15pm sharp service for a school run, even sharing with the operator that if I was not going to be able to make it "my wife would've killed me". Service confirmed and call 30 min before the expected time (2:45pm on the day) to confirm all was booked and ready. 3:15 Nothing!... called and they advise the vehicle was on its way, 3:25 nothing! 3:27 vehicle showed up telling me he was just told about the service. Had to collect my kids at the school reception because of course, I was 10 mins late...

They don't deserve even a one star. I booked a taxi on Friday, wanted it to come on Saturday. I waited 15mins for a taxi, I was in hurry, so I called to Alpha Cars asking where is taxi, the operator said it will be with me soon. Taxi never showed up. I called again and said it's not here so I want to cancel it. They said sorry and sent me a message that the driver couldn't find me which is not true! The taxi never come to pick me up. So disappointed, because of them I was late to my appointment. I will never use them again and won't recommend to anyone.

The company is good depending on what driver you get there is a mini bus driver who resembles Shrek with a Liverpool accent beware he is a greedy bully.

Worst taxi company in Basingstoke order anying thing nere 12pm they say thay can't do it till 1 am rude staff on the phone as well and will lie though there teeth there is only 1 taxi company in Basingstoke delta cars cheaper and want to help you un like greedy alfa cars

Friendly driver, great service

Reliable taxi service to Farnborough with helpful driver, stylist and comfortable car, most specially, prompt service. Communications were excellent.

I was in the train when i search for a taxi service from Ash Vale train station, i searched the internet and found Dinez Taxis and Airport Transfers online. I called the taxi number and a guy promptly answered the phone, i told him that i am due to arrive in Ash Vale train station in an hour and that i needed a taxi to bring me to Aviator hotel. The taxi operator arranged my pick-up, i received a text update with the details of the taxi that fetched me. The taxi company in Ash Vale arranged everything for me.

We hired the taxi service of Dinez Taxis and Airport Transfers in Aldershot and the whole process was easy, the booking confirmation was sent as promised and they sent constant communication all through out. Had a peace of mind and that is priceless. Excellent taxi service that i will not hesitate to use and refer again and again, you should try their service and you will know what i mean.

Very punctual and polite service. Surprised that I got updated by text message as well which is a very useful service to know where and when the taxi is available. Now booked again and will be my preferred company as they have decent rates too!!!

Today was the 2nd time Ive used this taxi company, very speedy service, arrived within 3 minutes of booking. Lovely lady driver, very happy to have conversation. Excellent service

Absolutely terrible customer service! Booked a taxi over the phone girl obviously can not listen properly as she sent taxi to wrong location.. Poor taxi driver who made a run for nothing just cause the little girl was trying to point score, phoned back as been waiting only for laughter to be heard. Absolutely terrible and the taxi driver ..well let's just say he had a face of a slapped donkeys xxxx. Silly and sad don't wastevyoir money!! Lesson to learn customer service comes with a smile and politeness.. Evidently more training needed

Terrible, booked car, told 10-15mins and had to pay 100%, called twice and lied to several times and still no taxi.

This firm were fantastic. I needed someone to pick my son up from Aldershot Theatre and take him to Reading station on Christmas Eve. All the firms I rang could not do it.

Very good taxi and available any time

Booked a cab a few weeks ago so that I wouldn't need to wait when arriving to my station late - they booked me in and sent me a confirmation text stating time of collection so I didn't rush when I arrived at the station and, instead, let the other passengers take the cabs that were there waiting on the rank. My cab didn't turn up and I was left stranded with no booked cab and the rank was empty. not only that - I was then at the back of the queue!!! Ended up waiting for around 30 mins in the end which was a total nuisance. i complained to Rushmore council the following day and was told the manager of A-line would call me to discuss... I never heard anything and certainly no apology! I will not be using this firm again oh, and by the way (for those that might doubt it) I am (correction: WAS!) a genuine customer. A lone female customer that should not be left waiting in the dark at midnight at a deserted train station which is precisely what happened thanks to A-line cabs!!!

Called this taxi firm after getting a voice mail from another firm in Farnham when we called. Polite lady answered, assured us the taxi would be there in 10 minutes and he arrived in 7mins. Comfortable car, polite friendly driver and reasonable price. Would definately use again!

Charged £30 for a four mile journey...you decide.

I have used this taxi service multiple times. When rides are booked in advance they are late 90% of the time, and when you call up you get the classic, "Oh hello sir, your taxi is just around the corner" or "Your driver is just a couple of minutes away". If it was one or two times I would have said it was the driver's faults but it seems to be that the company doesn't allow enough time for drivers to get from one job to the next job. Added to that, the drivers knowledge of the local area has several times proved to be extremely limited to none. I once got in a taxi in Frensham and asked to drop someone off in Rowledge village before going to Farnham station...the driver had no idea where Rowledge was (about 1/2 a mile down the same road) and many drivers can't get anywhere without a GPS. On top of the poor local area knowledge, consistently being late, and the drivers are often curt to say the least, they are also poor drivers. I now refuse to use them.

Very friendly and professional service. Never lets me down on early morning airports and local runs. Best taxi service in Farnham and would recommend without hesitation.
