Rude and disrespectful

We booked a taxi for 4 adults to take us to a restaurant & a return trip. The driver who picked us up was on time, friendly & efficient ( he deserves a very good rating). For the return journey, the company could not come up with a driver and after 50 minutes of waiting & numerous phone calls to them, we fortunately found another means to return home. Alpha cars seem to have a monopoly on all taxi firms in Basingstoke ... sadly they did no fulfill their obligation, so we would not recommend them.

Called a day in advance asking for a 3:15pm sharp service for a school run, even sharing with the operator that if I was not going to be able to make it "my wife would've killed me". Service confirmed and call 30 min before the expected time (2:45pm on the day) to confirm all was booked and ready. 3:15 Nothing!... called and they advise the vehicle was on its way, 3:25 nothing! 3:27 vehicle showed up telling me he was just told about the service. Had to collect my kids at the school reception because of course, I was 10 mins late...

They don't deserve even a one star. I booked a taxi on Friday, wanted it to come on Saturday. I waited 15mins for a taxi, I was in hurry, so I called to Alpha Cars asking where is taxi, the operator said it will be with me soon. Taxi never showed up. I called again and said it's not here so I want to cancel it. They said sorry and sent me a message that the driver couldn't find me which is not true! The taxi never come to pick me up. So disappointed, because of them I was late to my appointment. I will never use them again and won't recommend to anyone.

The company is good depending on what driver you get there is a mini bus driver who resembles Shrek with a Liverpool accent beware he is a greedy bully.

Worst taxi company in Basingstoke order anying thing nere 12pm they say thay can't do it till 1 am rude staff on the phone as well and will lie though there teeth there is only 1 taxi company in Basingstoke delta cars cheaper and want to help you un like greedy alfa cars

First class service, booked at last minute, very professional,prompt and an all round first class service provided, would highly recommend to all.

The driver was considerate, drove in a safe manner and made polite conversation. We have booked another journey already and would highly recommend Your Local Car

I have never dealt with such an ignorant man in my life !! I rang to check my cab was still booked and he just ranted at me for calling another number ( which I may add was on original invoice ) not my fault . so it got double booked . as it happens the provider who ever they were !!!!! ( remember I called Abacus Taxi ) cancelled . who ever I spoke to on Abacus taxi was really rude ,shouted at me ,said I am no longer booked with them and slammed the phone down on me . I then had 5 people to get to a party with no taxi . called a local company Heart Taxi . who were so good and professional . I will give them my business in future !!

I booked the taxi through their website and receiveda confirmation. There was a text message sent as confirmation which includes the details of the vehicle and the driver. The journey was from Premier Inn Camberley to Heathrow airport Terminal for a flight, the taxi was on time. Excellent Service!

I managed to book a taxi that took me from Camberly to Heathow, and needless to say I would highly recommend Five Sixes Taxis because of their good and high quality customer service. This was definitely worth my money!

I booked my early morning taxi pick up for 0400 hours from Camberley Premier Inn to Heathrow airport Terminal 2, they sent me a confirmation ahead of time and Five Sixes Taxis are consistent in communications. The driver fetched me on time and we reached Heathrow airport without any delay. Thank you.

I booked an airport taxi service from Heathrow to Camberley and received a confirmation via email with the details of the driver. The taxi fare was competitive for a price of £45.00. The driver arrived on time and the journey to the airport took us about 30 minutes only via A30 London Road. I will definitely recommend you to my friends.

Rude operator, very expensive service.....I warned you!

Reliable taxi service to Farnborough with helpful driver, stylist and comfortable car, most specially, prompt service. Communications were excellent.

I was in the train when i search for a taxi service from Ash Vale train station, i searched the internet and found Dinez Taxis and Airport Transfers online. I called the taxi number and a guy promptly answered the phone, i told him that i am due to arrive in Ash Vale train station in an hour and that i needed a taxi to bring me to Aviator hotel. The taxi operator arranged my pick-up, i received a text update with the details of the taxi that fetched me. The taxi company in Ash Vale arranged everything for me.

We hired the taxi service of Dinez Taxis and Airport Transfers in Aldershot and the whole process was easy, the booking confirmation was sent as promised and they sent constant communication all through out. Had a peace of mind and that is priceless. Excellent taxi service that i will not hesitate to use and refer again and again, you should try their service and you will know what i mean.

Very punctual and polite service. Surprised that I got updated by text message as well which is a very useful service to know where and when the taxi is available. Now booked again and will be my preferred company as they have decent rates too!!!

This firm were fantastic. I needed someone to pick my son up from Aldershot Theatre and take him to Reading station on Christmas Eve. All the firms I rang could not do it.

1 star because is not possible give them 0. I booked a taxi requesting a big car because I had to move things from a flat to another. When the taxi driver arrived I started to bring the first suitcase. The taxi driver started saying he wanted to see the other things I had to carry. He insisted on getting into my apartment. I refused. He yelled at me. Saying that he wanted to be just kind and I was rude. I felt threatened. I called the company to report the incident but I had no luck. The person on the phone was rude and started yelling at me. Unprofessional, rude and aggressive.

I have tried this company before and I was overcharged. I did publish a review discribing the events. The response I received was rude and so unprofessional. After few months Ive called to book another taxi not knowing that Ive called the same company . The receptionist said that I am the person that did leave a bad review. If I want a taxi it will be £30 for a journey of 2 miles. When I said this to the receptionist a very rude man, he even threaten me that if I will leave a bad review again I will have to rethink as he knows my address and will burn it down. This was a direct threat to my family. Police has been informed. Avoid avoid ..

Twice over this weekend my daughter has called for a taxi from her boyfriends house to get her home. On the first occasion she waited an hour and was constantly fobbed off by the person on the phone. The taxi driver that eventually turned up said her next taxinwith them would be free - what a joke. She tried to use her 'free' taxi this evening and waited yet another hour, with many calls before giving up. I would not recommend you at all and will be advising anyone who asks of your terrible service!
