TAXI DRIVER RAN OVER MY CAT. BAD SERVICE AS WHEN I RING TO COMPLAIN I GET SPOKEN TO LIKE TRASH.

Terrible service. Do not use. 10 mins after agreed time we were told the taxi was 2 mins away. After another 10 mins we called and were told we didn't have a taxi because they hadn't confirmed it despite having a text to say our taxi was booked. Taxi showed up an hour late after several phone calls.

i called 2 hours before to book a taxi for the required time... guess what.... it never came. Why? Because first communication it was stuck in traffic second communication the train in Netherfield was passing... Result did not make it to my destination, cost me money and waisted my time... Suggestion if you want to get to your destination use any other company except Gedling

Very reckless driving - rushing out of a side road and proceeding to intimidate us to push us over towards the left lane when we needed to be in the the right lane then almost colliding into the side of our car because he did not appear to be concentrated on driving.

I have used Gedling cars for years, today i ordered a taxi, let him know on I would just be a sec as I was just rounding the kids up, as we stepped outside, the driver drove off, when I rang the office, he told me 'we ain't got time for you messing about!' Customer service at its best!! Needless to say we won't be using Gedling/200 cars ever again!! Alert came to the rescue, fast, efficient and most important, polite!! Got a big tip obviously!

used alert cars for years, they are the cheapest in Nottingham, phone staff are very polite and always try to help, never have to wait long and if they are busy they let you know so not just stood around waiting.

Absolutely shocking service. Waited 30 minutes for taxi from sainsburys no one arrived when I contacted them again the silly old mare on the phone stared screaming and shouting at me as if it was my fault. After calling back the manager said very little and released the call. Will be complaining to sainsburys and hopefully they will end their contract with them. Goodness to absolutely rubbish service

first class service from the cheapest company in the nottinghamshire area. the driver was clean, polite and well educated with knowledge of the area. pleased with the journey ,driver ,car and his fare many thanks

Royal taxi service has been very friendly always for me! Drivers are polite, they have helped me move some bags to my house to! Fare prices are low to!

NG means NO GOOD! Don't trust this company they let us down didn't turn up to collect us from East midlands airport left stranded in the early hours, A very rude person answered the phone when I enquired where was my taxi. saying the taxi turned up but because the flight was late by 20 mins he left. and I didn't give them the flight number! To book any taxi from an airport they can't do it without a flight number, JUST LIARS! beware !!!!!

Not reliable, anytime You book through the app, no cars available, even booked at 2pm for car on 4pm- never arrived

pre booked 6 hours before on both occasions Friday booked a taxi for 6.45pm arrived after two calls to central at 7.15 Sat pre booked a return pick up for 7.00 pm to return 11pm Car arrived 7.15pm and pick up never came leaving us standing out side a closed restaurant with no way to get home, we called central twice to be confronted by a horrid stroppy women who said were busy what do you expect me to do you will get a car when available, and put the phone down they then sent us a message at 11.45pm saying taxi will be dispatched if you want it contact us If you want leaving in the lurch with no way to get home then central taxis is the firm to use..

Used to be a good company. But will not use again Had a few bad experiences with this company as I have a disabled son, so many bias just on the look of my son Do not feel safe in the cars with the new drivers, those that have been there years were good, now the cars are rubbish, the drivers rude, and how they threaten a disabled child and class severe learning difficulty and mobility issues as bad behaved - my son is from far from bad behaved, not his fault he has an extra gene and will always have downs syndrome. A little respect for disabled and they wouldn't loose customers, as I have spread the word to over 200 disabled families today who are also disgusted

I felt safe ' the car was very fresh ' and the driver was very polite ' I would definitely use them again ' it was my first time using this service and I will be using again

1st Time using D G cars, best service I've had from any taxi firm. Received text to confirm booking, text when car had been dispatched. Arrived on time, then had the most enjoyable journey. Sorry not to have got name of driver because we chatted & laughed such a nice change to have some-one so friendly. Will be using them again when I next visit from Yorkshire to Nottingham. Well done to all for great service.

Just used this firm last week, they was on time! The driver even gave me a hand moving some stuff to the car! Good service in my opinion the driver was very friendly made me feel comfy!

DO NOT USE. Charged for a trip we did not make. Not our house. Not our name but they said it was our telephone number.

Booked a airport run via the messaging service, booked 3 weeks in advance and rang on the sunday before we left and at all time was told everything was booked.. great turned up dropped us at airport " see you in 2 weeks" even paid extra for parking charges.... 2 weeks later, and I am sat at airport freezing with 3 kids one of 7 years old, rings up and get told nothing was booked and they were unable to do anything about it, ended up having to fork out money to get home... will not us again.. and will warn family and friends to look elsewhere before booking. I am not expecting any reply as I didn't really get much help tonight just a sorry over phone which is not useful when your kids are freezing.

When ever I call up they are fast to answer the phone! They say drivers will be there in 5 minutes and they do! Its quick service which is reliable!
