    • Shockingly Bad. I pre booked the taxi for 1:40 to transport wedding guests. The taxi failed to turn up on time. I called them 3 times to find out when it will turn up, each time they said 5 minutes. The taxi eventually turned up 45 minutes late. Instead of apologising for being late the driver ranted its not his problem, offended some of the passengers and then proceeded to put his headphones in so he didnt have to listen to us complain. That was not the end of it. Unfortunately we had pre booked the return journey with them. Half way home between Thame and Aylesbury, in the middle of the countryside the driver decided to up the price by £2 or he would ditch us. We were a large group but could you imagine if this was a vulnerable person late at night? They did not offer us any compensation or discount. Not even an apology. I will never use this disgrace of a taxi company ever again. It is my hope that you will read this and neither will you.

    • Almost didn't book this taxi company because of bad reviews but they were 5star!! Took us from aylesbury to Oxford and back to Leighton buzzard. On the night they were very accommodating when I needed to change the pick up time/location. Prices extremely reasonable!! Would recommend!

    • Taxi booked by Chiltern railways due to cancelled train. Driver arrived very late (at Aylesbury) and passengers and myself missed connection at Princes Risborough (last train that night). Driver had been told to drop people off at stations between but would only go to P Risborough and then abandoned folks there!

    • After being told that the taxi I booked was allegedly waiting 10 minutes without even so much as a text to let me know he was there he was also double booked for another job at 6 am right after me knowing full well he had to pick me up first then when the cashpoint wasnt working so I could pay him he then had the cheek to take me for a fool by charging me an extra £1.00 on the journey I will not be using these con artist ever again. If I was anybody else my advice is not to use them if you dont wanna be ripped off. Use falcon or call a cab use anybody but jet taxis. By Damien Adam's ex long term user of this firm

    • We booked a taxi to go to and return from Horwood House for a Christmas party. Paid half when we got there and the taxi driver assured us he'd be there at midnight to pick us up. Midnight arrived but no taxi. Phoned Jet to be told it was on its way. 15 minutes later still no taxi so we phoned again to be told it wasn't coming because we hadn't paid for it, and we had to pay there and then by credit card for it to turn up. Obviously we didn't do this as we couldn't trust them to send us a taxi as they had lied to us twice already. We were never told we had to pay in advance. So we were left stranded. Do not use this firm. They very rightly have a bad reputation.

    • My 17 year old daughter recently booked an ABC taxi to school, a couple of miles away. She said he was on his phone constantly and was beeped by other drivers on two occasions. Then whilst coming along the Oxford Road he was on his phone, clearly distracted and crashed in to the car in front, another taxi. After dealing with the incident he got back in the car and drove the short distance to her school, she paid and got out. He never once checked on her well being, never once apologised and she said he was on his phone again as he drove off! She was shaken up by the whole incident but thankfully not injured. I would advise you never use this taxi company as they clearly have a total disregard for their passengers.

    • Just had JET TAXIS RED ESTATE SKODA OCTIVIA. Reg SP62 OLM. His car was full of cigarette smoke my partner had an asthma attack and we had to get out the car while she recovered. We asked for another car and asked the controller to wave the charge due to the problem we had.He refused and we had to pay the driver we have paid the diver as it was nothing to do with him but we will be reporting this to the council tomorrow
