Wow, just had the guy interrupt me to say my journey was not available even though I had not even said when I needed a taxi. Before I finished asking, he hung up. Even if you can't do it, a bit of courtesy would be nice. Thank you

DO NOT USE They took the booking but never showed up, nor did they answer the phone, leaving me stranded in the rain late at night with no way to get home.
