    • Used greendot quite a lot in the past with no issues. Booked airport run for Sunday morning at 6am and by 6:20 they had still not turned up. I tried calling a couple of times but got no response. Had to drive in the end and pay £50 last minute parking. We made the airport just in time but were thoroughly stressed out for the start of our holiday. Greendot got in touch a few hours later with a generic message apologising they'd had a power cut between 4am and 7am with the summary that this was unexpected and unavoidable. What I find unreasonable is this type of event is something that can and should be planned for. A print-out of booked jobs is an easy way to avoid letting customers down in the event of a systems failure.

    • Literally if I could leave 0 stars I would, on saturday 11th of Feb me and a couple of friends booked s 14seater mini bus from sunderland to newcastle for 8:20 the taxi rocked up 30 minutes later , didnt apologise or anything when we got to Newcastle we were told we had to pay in advance £90 which then he would pick us around 4 oclock like arranged , then the driver around 2/3 oclock came and messaged me saying he was outside and wouldnt wait any longer , i did not see his message around the time he came which was not the time arranged and he just left without saying anythig Me and my friend were stranded in newcastle at 4 oclock, out in the cold I'm fighting to get compensation until now, this is not a company that cares for their customers I literally spent £140 pounds on taxi i'm very upset this is unbelievable.

    • Used this taxi service other day as other taxi company's seem to tell you what you want to here ( be their in 5 mins when they mean 35 mins) recommend to anyone who needs a reliable service
