A professional, friendly and helpful service that helped me when I went on holiday from Bristol airport

Booked a taxi with Parkway Taxis yesterday, to take us home from a rural pub after a meal. Half way through the meal they phoned to say our taxi had 'broken down' and offered various other embellishments. The reality is that once the operator (who wasn't sure of the location) handed the job down to the driver, they decided they didn't want to do it. Which is wonderful when you are through the best part of a bottle of wine so can't drive back. Thankfully the bar staff were very helpful and sorted us out. I'd like to make a few points to Parkway taxis: 1) If you don't want to take a job, just say so. 2) If you later realise you'd rather not do the job, suck it up and just do it. Be professional and don't leave people stranded. 3) If you have a genuine problem, sort it out (i.e. get in contact with the local competitors to see if anyone will fulfill the job): All we were given was the phone number of a taxi firm in Tiverton (20 odd miles away from our location, for a 2 mile journey!

A truly epic taxi service... kind, efficient and compassionate. Clean cars , polite staff and good rates. I came to Exeter to drop my daughter to University. Taxis in Exeter are a nightmare, but I could always count on Epic. Every time I was stranded Epic managed to send a driver. The best taxi service I have ever experienced. They really helped me out and I'm very grateful. I'm sure to call upon them again!

Not used before but very good service was let down by another company and phoned loads of other taxi companies came across Epic and the service was indeed epic friendly on time both ways, will certainly use again Dopir (hope I spelt that correctly) lovely gentleman nice clean taxi wish them every success they deserve it 10/10 !!

I left my rucksack and some shopping in a Crediton Cars taxi. My rucksack had my medication in it, my house keys, my bank card and my laptop amongst other things. I have some blanks in my memory from that night suffice it to say that some time later I was reunited with the tools that I use on a daily basis because Crediton Cars drove everything back to me. I can't remember the name of the person who paid for that taxi, but hey, I guess there are some good people in the world after all.

First class. Managed to accommodate my (late) request for a taxi for New Year's eve. They confirmed by text. Taxi arrived right on time. Welcoming driver got out and opened doors for the three passengers. Very clean taxi, and comfortable ride to destination. Driver was very friendly. At end of journey, the driver again got out to open the doors, as well as offering us hand sanitiser.

Very impressed. They confirmed my booking twice which gave me a sense of comfort that all would go well and it did. I changed the time for pickup which they accepted with no problem. Very clean taxi. Their timing was spot on.
