    • I was tailgated by Toyota Prius LO16 MYG for a few miles on the M25 in poor weather conditions. The driver was less than a car length away at speeds of up to 60mph. Then swore at me as he drive by. Disgusting behaviour.

    • Terrible service with driver who was sexually inappropriate to woman customer. Threatening and abusive. She refused to pay because of the disgusting things he said and asked her to do. She ran home and he said he will call the police to report her for not paying

    • This is the worst taxi company ive ever used. They send the wrong cars, also car that have leaks, then im told i cant stand my pram in the back, when i have done this every week.

    • I'm absolutely disgusted in this company..., I have used them a fair few times and service has been ok! Last night I booked a taxi for 2am he told me he was in Ashford maybe longer so it was then going to be 3am so I waited til 330am all the time trying to call them to which he turned his phone off! I then cudnt get any other taxi & had to walk home which took me hours in the dark & cold because he didn't let me know or turn up! I then call today to speak to them about this as he cud of called me as I left lots messages, his response was appalling his attitude stunk & he then hung up the phone! I can safely say I will NEVER use this company again not recommend them to anyone!!!! Disgusting!!!!!! No stars if I could!

    • I can't recommend Green Light highly enough. These guys pick me up and drop me off at Canterbury station sometimes as early as 5am and as late as 1am in the morning. Never late, really nice!

    • i accidentally stranded myself in Whitstable with my bike after sitting in the wrong carriage of a train that split. No other taxi companies in Whitstable would drive me home as I had my bike with me, and I was pretty panicked and scared at having stranded myself in unfamiliar surroundings, as a teenage girl, at quarter to midnight, and in the rain, and so it was a huge relief when Shaun turned up. He was so friendly, calmed me down on the journey and I really felt looked after. Cannot thank you all enough for being such heroes.
