    • Worked thru Tay Taxis for year. Asked to leave office after being threatened by 2 separate drivers /operators within 48 hours. Bright this on myself said one director. Will be writing to get written explanation . They have duty of care to staff , operators and public. No due process Just told to leave. WONDERFUL. Other director agres with decision without checking cctv. Possible discrimination issue. Await written reasons.as this is clearly part of a FORMAL process. As yet in 12 months have had nothing in writing or CONTRACT. Has their been a breach of CONTRACT? Who knows. I intend to find out. Victimisation? PUBLIC INTEREST to test this. Happy to move on to bigger and better things. Next challenge awaits. Professional is in the person.Talk is cheap.I am in part responsible in that I did not do due diligence proud to working with them. Gaping holes in their business model I believe. I certainly should have read reviews. Most not very flattering and are generally anything but flattering

    • Booked by phone many hours before, got it confirmed by sms and they simply didn't arrive. Made a complaint but they didn't respond. Beware!!! Awful service.

    • After using this company for years, I was on the receiving end of some really appalling customer service tonight when my car which I had received a call back for, didnt actually turn up! The woman answering calls needs to search for a course to go on where she could maybe learn how not to be so stuck up and cheeky! I recommend phoning 01382204060 for a taxi in Dundee ...after being hung up on by Handys, thats exactly what I did and my driver was outside for me within a couple of minutes, I was able to track the car on an app ...loved ones can use this to watch your journey and see that you get home safe. My driver was a lovely man who, very obvious to me, loves his job. Handys - Ive used you guys a few times a week for years, through my own ignorance of not realising I was actually receiving a poor service in comparison to your competitors. Wont be calling yous ever again! Tell the woman answering the calls that shes actually done me a favour! Stupid ald bat!
