2 days agoNEW Had a taxi booked with clockwise to pick up a special package and deliver to East London, 2 days in advance they rang me to cancel that booking at 21.40pm the night before, and used the excuse of the the cycle ride that was happening on the day his exact words were "its impossible to get to you".... from Beckenham to city airport. After a quick check on the ridelondon website it clearly states 29th of May Rotherhithe tunnel, m11, m25, a406, A13 all open as usual.!! Obviously they don't want to do the booking, and are to gutless to be honest, the guy was rude and when I rang back and explained you can make they lady was clueless. Unreliable taxi service avoid using this company, especially if you require reliability and honesty. Because they have neither!! Pathetic!! If I could give zero stars I would. Stick to uber !!!

Fantastic service, prompt and reasonable pricing

Excellent service great rates too, I had a wheelchair vehicle adapted very well, the driver was helpful polite and drove the vehicle well. Best service we've had ever! Keep up the good work.

I've been a loyal Clock House cars patron for years, however in the last 6 months I've been growing steadily more and more dissatisfied with their "service." A month ago I was left to wait over an hour for a taxi when they sent my pickup to the wrong address. Today I had an emergency dental apt. and booked online the day before and was left stranded with no pickup. Even when I specifiy a standard car they send a 12 person van to pick me up- I have had surgury on my leg and have no hope of leaping up into one of those juggernaughts. No apologies for their ever increasing mistakes either. Just avoid Clockhouse, it isn't worth the aggravation they'll cause you.

I have used cannon cars to the airports and local runs over this year they are always on time and have never let me down I would just like to say they are Amazing

Not sure if I have the right company but the gentleman was not rude, patient courteous and the gentleman was quite courteous at the end of the ride he asked me to do him a favor. I enjoyed the service and The View. And I I would like to say thank you.

I WOULD URGE NOT TO USE! Late is an understatement! Waited well over an hour 75mins in FACT when told driver would be within 30mins ! Absolute joke of a service!:

We used Cannon Cars for the first time yesterday after being let down by 3 Uber drivers and I will definitely be using Cannon Cars again for any future trips I need! Our driver arrived to us as fast as possible and she was so so friendly which made us feel so comfortable the whole journey. Would definitely recommend!

They are always late. They are always rude. The drivers are rude and the staff at the office are rude. They showed up 25 minutes late for my kids' school run today. I said I should not pay for such massive delay. The driver became rude and asked me to get off the cab with my kids as young as 1.5 in the middle of the road. Im not using Cannon Cars anymore thats for sure. There are loads more cab companies here with better friendly service.

Called for a fixed price the day before the journey yet when turned up charged 2.5 times more and insisted on money up front.Will not use again especially as this was a charitable donation journey.

I have to travel from A to B potentially everyday. I use this service regularly and find that they cater to my journey needs. All staff are friendly and polite. Staff always have a smile in their face,even when faced with very irrate customers.

DON'T USE THIS FIRM. I was charged £15 for 5 minute drive, and the driver turned up at the wrong address, despite booking in advance. When I asked about the price I was told it was a fixed price, non-negotiable. After paying and clarifying with the office I made the taxi booking with as to why the price was so high, I was dealt with very rudely and not very professionally at all, and had the phone put down on me. I always prefer to use local firms, but I would STEER WELL CLEAR of this company. They are dishonest and very unpleasant to deal with, especially as a single young woman trying to travel safely.

"Good Service" nothing more to say really. Picked us up on time at the airport, no traffic or goingroundthehouses. Then on the way back we were picked up bang on time, driver polite and all went well. No panics and felt at ease. So, good company, i would use again... www.minicab2012.com

They didn't pick up the phone at 4am, I couldn't go to work on time. I got sacked from work.

Avoid at all costs. This company cost myself and my Gf £400 in airfares, and tried to overcharge through blackmail. Booked cab to Gatwick. Agreed to quoted £45. Driver turns up, says its extra £10 to go "the fast way'. I said this was never mentioned, just get us to the airport as agreed. Driver then goes on to lie, contradict himself (claiming 'tolls' and 'closures' meant the deal was then off. When we say we'd pay the £10, u-turns in middle of Aldwych to go different route. We missed flight by 10mins - because of drivers deceits. These cowboys are an absolute disgrace and I am considering a compensation claim for the original flights, replacements flights, for the cab and train home. AVOID. Reporting to TFL.

Excellent mini cab office. Driver arrived on time and was very professional. Drove safely and we got to restaurant in time for our reservation. Would definitely use this company again.

I worked for this company for two years and all i got afterwards is more debts due to constant lack of money while working with them. Stay away from this company.
