    • The driver was rude because he thought we were really drunk. I wasnt drinking tonight and I remember every single thing. He also lied to us repeatedly. Dont trust them. They tell you to pay up front and he wouldnt wait for us to get the cash from our flat but he would wait at the cash point. Makes no sense.

    • Best car service around old street area. I have been using them more than 3 years now. Always on time,as far as i remember only once they had driver running late with 7 minutes and they phoned me to inform me half hour in prior. Controllers are extremely helpful and not rushing to hang up on you as in the other minicab offices. Always many questions,trying to help you as much as they possibly can. Keep the good work guys!

    • DON'T USE THIS FIRM. I was charged £15 for 5 minute drive, and the driver turned up at the wrong address, despite booking in advance. When I asked about the price I was told it was a fixed price, non-negotiable. After paying and clarifying with the office I made the taxi booking with as to why the price was so high, I was dealt with very rudely and not very professionally at all, and had the phone put down on me. I always prefer to use local firms, but I would STEER WELL CLEAR of this company. They are dishonest and very unpleasant to deal with, especially as a single young woman trying to travel safely.
