Worst taxi service ever. The man on the phone was so rude it was unbelievable ( only one lady is polite and lovely on the phone). I dont actually understand why they are in this business! Why would you hang up on your customers? Had a terrible experience last time i used them : Agreed on a price over the phone, when i reached my destination the price changed, i didnt have enough on me because of the price given, i tried to explain the situation to the driver but he was shouting aggressively at me and locked me in the car. I was about to call the police so he let me go. Will never use them again. Crazy people lying about prices to make you book with them. Never again!

The worst cab service I have used in a long time. Ordered a taxi and was told 10 minutes, after waiting 15 I called back and they said at least another 10 minutes. When I said that would have been a 25 minute there was no apology just that it would be another 10 minutes. This isn't the first time it has happened either, I have stood at their cab office door and had to wait longer than I was told as I apparently gave them the wrong address?! I didn't give an address I pressed the buzzer to their office! Awful service

Booked taxi 45 mins before my shift started and the journey should have only been about half an hour max if the taxi had turned up on time. Taxi was 35 minutes late, i was still expected to pay the full fare and the driver didn't even apologise and the care stank of cigarette smoke. The taxi base is about 4 minuets from where i was being picked up. When i called to ask where my taxi was i was given all sorts of excuses about traffic. There was no traffic the road was clear. When i finally arrived i calmly said to the driver "if you're late the least you can do is apologise" to which he started answering back and was abusive. When i called to officially complain the female receptionist was very polite and said she would get the manager to call me. The male receptionist before was rude and unsympathetic.

Worst cab office in potters bar I always use to use them but now every time I ask is there cabs available they say yes soon as I tell them were I need picking up from they say 45 minute wait or they say no cabs available

Service & Communication with theirs staff was smooth.

I would not recommend Comfort Cars. After a genuine mistake was made regarding a pick up, the cab driver took it upon himself to knock at my parents home address shouting abuse at my elderly Mother, threatening her, insulting her and demanding his money for the fare, leaving my Mum shaken and frightened. This is unacceptable and when reported to the office, nothing was done. Do not use this company.

I'm using the company from 2010. Very reliable company.

Absolute P*** take am fuming. £9.50 for a taxi from sainsburys to two streets away at 4.30pm in the afternoon. No offer of help with bags of shopping. Would never use again. Albetta cars are the ones to go for £6.00 for the same journey a week ago and so nice and helpful. Avoid these at all costs.

Dicusting people to deal with ... charging £12 for a 1 mile drive which I normally pay them £6.50! absolutely vile human beings so rude !!!!!!! Call 02084401234 for a cab instead they so much better then these horrible scum bags . The lady that normally picks me up in the morning is so rude too! ..this cab company is rotten throughout !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
