Avoid at all costs......Over priced... 5 miles £18... didn't know destination had to use satnav on my phone..

waited over an hour for taxi, no communcition to explaun they are busy. loyal customer using daily for school runs. for over a year. operator extremely rude. will be switching taxi service. drivers complain when you pay by card and shout at you. seriously would avoid only ever met a few nice drivers over my time with the odd couple asking me if I need help getting in with a pram. the rest just sit and watch you struggle

Fast Efficient and excellent service!

Kind of a mixed bag; ordered the taxi because my friend needed to move her stuff from her parents to mine (she'd been kicked out) and when the driver pulled up he looked at the stuff and said that 'when moving house they normally charge whatever's on the clock plus an extra fiver's. When I explained the situation he agreed not to charge extra but still angry that they might be ripping people off with extra fees, especially when the sign inside the taxi says they aren't allowed.

wonderful taxi service, very fast. i rate these much higher than the likes of Gett taxi and Uber. the evening staff are a delight to talk too, and the drivers themselves are outstanding and very cheerful. keep up the good work central taxi's!

Did not arrive

Rubbish. Waited 40 minutes instead of an sla of 5 had to call three times don't use

Rubbish. Booked a cab and was kept waiting double the time they said after driver carried on trying to squeeze in other jobs before me. Ended up having to cancel the cab and called central which came in 5 mins! Never again.

I'd to us to our face about the driver phoning and knocking on our door. Lied to us about the 10 minute wait. Lied to us about the lack of drivers. Worst taxi service. AVOID. Screw them.

It was snowing when I was collected and the driver drove steadily to get us there safely

Totally disgusting attitude , ignorant , confrontational, parking in a dropp off/ collection only bay at Asda , but not collection or dropping customers off !

Lovely family business, who are reliable and on time. Also cheaper airport transfers available. Female driver if preferred. Give them a call!
