    • Kind of a mixed bag; ordered the taxi because my friend needed to move her stuff from her parents to mine (she'd been kicked out) and when the driver pulled up he looked at the stuff and said that 'when moving house they normally charge whatever's on the clock plus an extra fiver's. When I explained the situation he agreed not to charge extra but still angry that they might be ripping people off with extra fees, especially when the sign inside the taxi says they aren't allowed.

    • wonderful taxi service, very fast. i rate these much higher than the likes of Gett taxi and Uber. the evening staff are a delight to talk too, and the drivers themselves are outstanding and very cheerful. keep up the good work central taxi's!

    • The driver will be with you in 5-10 minutes seems to be a favourite catch phrase with these bunch of clowns, try 1 hour! The operators think they can be rude when you call to find out where your taxi is. If you aren't in a hurry then this is the company for you, otherwise absolutely avoid.

    • I ordered a taxi today from The Cocked Hat in Binley ...needing wheelchair access for an electric wheelchair. They arrived sooner than they estinated and the driver was extremely polite and helpful. The cab was clean and tidy abd first aid kit visible too. We would definitely use them again.

    • We had arranged a fixed price the evening prior to booking but unfortunately forgot the ladies name. When calling to confirm the booking the following day the man answering the phone was absolutely shocking to the point of downright rudeness accusing me of fabricating the story! My self and family will not be using Allen's again with such poor customer service

    • Ordered a taxi at 3:30 that never showed up, when we rung the company they said that the taxi would be a few minutes but instead we waited an hour before giving up and booking a different company. Absolutely disgusting will not be here again.

    • I called for a taxi at 12 37 for 3pm. At 310 I called. Were trying to find me a cab. Would take 10 to 2o minutes. Totally joke first time I used and would NEVER use again!! Rude and unsympathetic. I under stand it was snowing hench why I pre booked. Walked it my self in 20 minutes. My work use this company did. Unreliable!! Dont deserve one star.

    • Rubbish. Booked a cab and was kept waiting double the time they said after driver carried on trying to squeeze in other jobs before me. Ended up having to cancel the cab and called central which came in 5 mins! Never again.

    • I'd to us to our face about the driver phoning and knocking on our door. Lied to us about the 10 minute wait. Lied to us about the lack of drivers. Worst taxi service. AVOID. Screw them.

    • Spoke to Chris who rang to say that they 'may' be 10 minutes late because of another booking for the same time. I booked 7 days prior to booking so can only assume another person had booked. It wouldnt have been an issue if we were on a tight deadline, however he said that he shouldn't of rung and said anything. Recommend ringing to confirm taxi times...!

    • I rang, asked for a taxi, 45 minutes waited, no response when i tried to ring back, this has happened several times with them, they remain the worst taxi firm in Warwickshire

    • Didn't turn up. Despite me booking in advance and ringing again to confirm all was OK. Lady rude on the phone at time of booking, sounded like I was putting her out. Gave flight number and time of pick up at least 4 times. Waited half an hour outside at airport and when I phoned they said they had lost the flight number so had not sent anyone. They still knew the pick up time and could they not have phoned me? They had my mobile number.
