Booked a taxi for the airport this morning didnt turn up, no other car available. This is the second time in a few weeks we have had a problem getting to the airport but at least on that occasion a taxi eventually turned up 30 minutes late. Shocking service will never use them again.

Pre ordered a car for 6 for an important event. They sent a car for 4. First of all denied the booking was for 6. Then arranged an additional car for the 2 passengers still waiting, then cancelled, then sent another - for 6! Used to be a great taxi service, but not any more. Best to avoid.

Booked a taxi from Solihull with 2 drop offs via the App. The final fare came through as £33.60 but the driver, Shan Sufian (Estima Reg BC11 VKE) tried to charge my friend over £40 and took £40 off her for the fare (as that was all that she had on her). Total rip off and the driver blatantly overcharged for the journey, shocking service (he also turned his phone screen off when he dropped me off first so I couldnt see how much the fare was after giving me an inflated estimate - which I told him was more than I usually pay). Would give zero stars for this booking if the option was available

I have been a customer with A2B for over 12 years and now since new management took over the company has gone downhill. Under old management you always had a car and you always knew your fare. Now fares keep changing, cars rarely turn up, new drivers overcharging, company say they will refund the difference but never do. Majority of drivers will not pick you up if pre pay by debit card as company make the driver wait for 10 days then take 16% of fare leaving drivers short. Most of the original drivers have left. Rude unhelpful call centre staff. **Avoid this company**

Cheap fares , excellent service and friendly drivers

Highly recommend Home James taxis they do not overcharge you,very reasonable and cheap taxi fares.They are very punctual . A good friendly service with very helpful drivers .Nice clean cars.

I used this company when i couldn't get a taxi to the airport. they were with me within 10mins, the driver was very nice and helpful and when i told them how much i usually pay they beat it

I have been using Birmingham Taxis since 2/6/18. I have found their service outstanding. Their drivers are professional, courteous, extremely polite and Birmingham Taxis are excellent. Fabulous value for money. I highly recommend them. I am sorry for the above customer's experience, one can only assume they mixed Birmingham Taxis up with another firm.

Rubbish. Ordered a taxi capable of taking passenger (my 88 year-old mother) in wheelchair from hospital to father's funeral (carefully told them all circumstances as times critical) & they failed to turn up. Seemed to think a text message - not received until after due time - was enough to avoid their breach of contract.

,Brilliant service, wouldn't use anyone else. Couple of the cars could do with a clean out and use air freshener, but other than that all is good. Nice polite service. Booked a taxi today and had a phone call to say they were short on drivers, one of the drivers had passed away and it was his funeral, the lady couldn't apologise enough. Great service, always friendly and polite. Don't over charge either x

Used this company because they are on my doorstep. Never had a taxi arrive on time on the last two occasions they took the mick over 30 minutes late which made me miss my train. When i rang up complaining i was told the drivers all start praying at the mosque at 1pm on a Friday so they cant guarentee a time of arrival. Worst exscuse ever so all muslims stop what they are doing because they have to start praying at 1pm. I dont think so. Birmingham would be stand still tben ca they are the biggest ethnic majority. Run your buisness proparly ffs

Companies like this are the reason ber was invented. A taxi booked a day before for 08:00 to take 2 students to school. At 08:10 called and was told a taxi was on the way. At 08:25 called and told a taxi was on the way. At 08:40 it arrives, unapologetic and 40 minutes late. Definitely not my first choice for a taxi and I'll make sure to spread the word amongst the community about how unreliable these people are.

Man was very rude, he doesn't hear me so I was shouting down the phone. I said it doesn't matter I will ring someone else for the taxi his reply was 'yeah thats good.' NEVER going to use dem again.
