    • I have had a terrible experience with this service. I had the phone put down on me by Majid he was very rude and had no customer service skills. I had to wait long for my taxi, when I called he didn't even bother to get a taxi out to me. Never going to us this service about, please don't use this service they will mess you about.

    • This firm are absolutely useless, driver dropped us boffin the wrong location. Ring the firm their response was did you give the right postcode. Of course I did . Complained they have ignored with no response . Will not be using this firm ever again

    • I was picked up by Red & white taxis and left my new Mobile phone in the taxi.. I called my phone within 3 mins and it was switched off, the base did not want to know. There attitude when they did not keep putting the phone down was "not our problem" Please do not use these crooks

    • My daughter and her boyfriend were told they had to pay up £7.00 from Kingstanding to Erdington before the car would move. My daughter paid and called me. I went out to speak to the drive who admitted that he had called base and should have charged £6.50. He then reduced the bill to £5.00. I will never again use this company and don't recommend anyone else to. Reading previous comments there seems to be a pattern

    • Absolutely disgraceful experience. Overcharged considerably. Driver would not let me speak - intimidating to a woman. Called base who told me it was my fault and that he didn't care as I wasn't a regular. CALL STAR CARS OR KINGSTANDING - NEVER AN ISSUE

    • Disgusting service from CentreX when my wife and family were going to BHX. Taxi had been booked several weeks in advance but they failed to send a taxi on the day. When she rang to ask where the taxi was, she was told that CentreX had informed the booking comapny (TaxiCode) that the taxi had been dispatched, but they weren't actually sending a vehicle. Only a mad dash involving me and another vehicle both having to come over from Coventry to Sutton Coldfield got them to the airport on time. Shocking customer service, avoid at all costs.

    • This taxi firm was outstanding from the minute I called the office to when the taxi arrived and had dropped me to my desired location. The operator was very kind to me and so was the driver, they where not rude like other taxi drivers from different firms. I highly recommend this firm it is one of the best in Birmingham.

    • Will not be catching this taxi ever again. Caught it twice in two days and both days the driver takes you on the longest route ignoring the directions you give so that the meter reading is at a higher price. Not good

    • Won't be using again, called to book two taxis and was told they were on the way. When they hadn't showed up 40mins later I called to check. I was told that they hadn't actually been booked and they would send them in 15 minutes. No apology was made. One taxi then showed up 20 minutes later and we were told it was the only one booked. We accepted that the mistake was with the booking office however the driver was unsympathetic defensive and rude, charged us more than we normally pay (and had paid on the way there) and demanded the money upfront. So we in the end were leaving over an hour later, with one taxi less than we had booked, and were charged more for it! Unreliable and above all terrible customer service.

    • I have used this firm a number of times and it seems the dispatchers do not communicate with the drivers. I always book 15-30mins before I'm due to leave and most times I have to call to check the cars on its way as it's late. In my most recent experience the taxi didn't arrive and when I phoned to say so the dispatcher stated she didn't know how long it would be, being late I jumped into a black cab and called back to cancel, upon doing so a male dispatcher shouted at me advising I was a horrid person because the taxi had nearly arrived. Awful service - I will never be using this taxi firm again!!

    • My partner and i used their cars regularly last year paying £25 fares daily for many weeks and also the following months and they were great. Last year i stopped using them as was having to recall them up to three times to find out where the car was or to be told they had nobody available for 30/40 minutes! On one journey (10 miles) a decent fare i'd say, the driver play3d his face cos i wanted to stop off at the shop and he was worried he wouldn't be able to get to his certain mosque to pray! So sped all the way there. We were in citycentre lastweek and theres was the only number i had so thought ok ill try them again! I spent £3 in the phonebox as my fne was dead, to be told the driver.was on his way. I eventually rung blueline (my new reliable cars now) who promptly came, only for an atlas driver to ring the phonebox bk to say he was on his way! Well too late sorry but i did feel a bit sorry for the driver cos it was the operator who lied! I will now stick with blueline. Disappointi

    • I have had a horrendous experience with this taxi company and would not recommend them to anyone!! I rang the taxi company to put a complaint in and the operator was completely rude and used abusive language towards me. I'm absolutely appalled as a customer paying £30 for a £7 journey. I will never be using this service again and completely understand why they are rated 1 Star!!!

    • We use this company for staff taxis and it is the worst taxi company in Birmingham! Nearly every evening the wait is over 40 minutes when they always say the taxi shouldn't take more than 10 and the office's attitude is horrible, nearly every time of calling them to ask how long the taxi's gonna take after a 20 minute wait they hang up the phone!! On top of that the drivers seem inexperienced and the cars are old and smell. I'd rather pay extra than deal with the rudeness and poor service.

    • I called up to query costs for a quick pick up and drop off from the Aston Train Station to the PDSA. They gave me a quote which was resonable but then I asked if the puppy who I need to get seen to was alright to be in the car they suddenly doubled the price. I thought that was outrageous and didn't get my custom.
