    • awful just awful , female day staff are polite but brainless , I doubt if they could direct a driver to the toilet , the asian staff are just rude & abusive , the only chance you get for decent service/advice is the english guy on nights who has been there for ages - as for drivers 50/50 chance of car stinking of fags or knowing where they are going - sat nav rules !!! set on fast route will take the long way & cost more !!! use uber !! cheaper unless its on surge & car gets there faster & no rude staff to talk to

    • Just observed the most disgusting behaviour by one of their drives reg plate LR55 WGM. This is obviously not a reflection on the company as a whole. But deliberately obstructed an ambulance - every other car moved to allow them to pass and then he took the space theyd made and then sat at a red traffic light (at the Scott Arms so not quick) holding the ambulance up for about 3-4 minutes. Appalled

    • The drivers seem to know where they are going. But the cars are dirty and smelly. We have also had an issue with other passengers stealing our taxi. The drivers don't check they have the right passengers. The first time was from the Queslett Pub - got the text confirming the car make/model and reg no, got outside and someone else was getting into our car. Had to phone for another taxi. Then, last night we were at a party, I booked a 7 seater as there were 5 of us. When our taxi came, it was the one on the text message and I could see it was a 7 seater, another party of 2 was getting in and the driver didn't say anything. I asked the driver if he was booked for xxxx Road because we had a 7 seater booked, he didn't have a clue. It wasn't until I challenged the other couple, we were able to get in our taxi. What's the point in confirming the taxi details by text, if your drivers are going to let someone else take it? Shoddy service.

    • I used to use great barr lots over the years I rang up last week to get a taxi to my partners the man who answered the phone in i would say eairly to mid 20s had a really attitude problem. He said I had to pay upfront as I hadnt used them before to which I replied I had many a time only to be questioned to where which I reply he had the cheek to say "ye but you havnt" to which I repled hmmm but I have..... it just went on and on when the taxi arrived I told the driver about the operstor having a really bad attitude to which he was really symphatic and apolagetic about he said I didnt have to pay up and he didnt know why I was told that on the phone. As another user commented the call handler is letting the company down. The drivers I never have a problem with are always friendly.

    • Called for a taxi to take me home from hospital, being pregnant and having just been discharged after having surgery I could barely walk or stand. Stood in the cold and rain for the taxi to speed past me completely without even slowing down. The driver then called me very rudely saying 'where are you I'm going now there was no one there' absolute liar and when I repeatedly told him how ill I was he refused to pick me up and said 'yeah well you can call someone else' and hung up on me. Leaving me in tears and on the verge of collapsing. Nearly 30 minutes later another driver came and drove so erratically that my stitches were pulling then they still charged me full price with no real apology. Disgusting that they employ people like that. Will never use again.

    • Will not be catching this taxi ever again. Caught it twice in two days and both days the driver takes you on the longest route ignoring the directions you give so that the meter reading is at a higher price. Not good

    • Bad service...I booked a taxi at 12 midnight 12th December for 8am on the 13th December as I had an appointment at 9 o'clock...I asked if I was guaranteed this taxi....I was told YES. ..At 8.15 no taxi...I phoned again...I was told 7 minutes at 8.30..still no taxi...Taxi eventually arrived at 8.45...Missed my appointment as I didn't arrive.until 9.30..so basically I just went for a drive...This is bad Service..as the taxi was ordered 8 hours prior. ..Good thing is I didn't use galaxy's to come back? Might have still been waiting now..From one of your Loyal Customers.

    • operator was despicable, he slammed the phone down, taxi driver wouldn't take my 12 year old brother without money upfront and he has had to do so before and there wasn't a problem, the taxi driver told him to take his things out or he will call the police, they are lame, disrespectful and they tried to charge him £7 for a £4 journey. don't waste your time unless you like being treated like your service doesn't pay their bill. customer services 0 training needed asap

    • I've been a regular kelly's customer since 2007 and the drivers are very good.I was abit dissappointed with whoever was at controls for hanging up the the phone when i try to call back and check when the taxi will come.I had waited far too long with 3 young kids after school and could have called another taxi.My little boy had wet himself b'cos he was desperate and calling back to check only for that man to stupidly hang up the phone twice is very annoying and that was no respect.

After booking days in advance for a meet and greet service at the airport and confirm it again on the day of travel, they failed to turn up or notify us leaving a 70 yr old frail old woman stranded at the airport alone!
