Disgraceful service,driver turns up at 20.55 for a 21.00 booking for my 16 year old son who is at work,rather than wait 5 mins takes someone else leaving him stranded for 45 mins,will never use Again

Dont use! Arrived 40 minutes and tried to charge me £22 from kings Bromley to Alrewas

Regularly use this company recommend to everyone sometimes bit late specially when its traffic.Great drivers left my phone in the taxi they were great and driver dropped my phone to me thanks Galaxy Cars

Have used this taxi service for years. Needed it today at half 5 due to work. I didn't have money on me and was meeting my.mom to get money. They refused to pick me up although I've always paid and been loyal. A driver missed out on £20 because of their policy. Think I'll go back to using Kelly's and nationwide.

I have used Local Radio Cars for years now and never been let down by them yet, helpful phone staff and polite drivers what more can you ask for ? would recommend.

Waited 30 minutes for a taxi from the airport at a very clear arranged spot. When l called to find out where the car was, l was told that the driver couldn't find us & had cancelled the booking. This did not include any notification to us &, as we were watching the entrance & could see every car coming in, was a blatant lie. I will never use this company again.

My father uses these idiots to get home from my house after a weekly visit. They regularly leave him standing on the pavement waiting for ages without an idea of how long they'll be. I suggested to him that he request a callback when they are here, especially in bad weather, and now they call 2 or 3 times per minute before he gets to the car (we are not on the road, but down a walk). One call will do, he's 74, he's not gonna jog to you when you phone. You're almost, but not quite, as bad as the other local idiots TC Cars.

If you want to arrive at your destination on time - DO NOT book with Local - I have made a number of bookings in advance and they simply do not arrive when required. I booked for a 4.00pm car to the city centre , the car arrived at 5.10pm all backed up with some rather lame excuses. Just unreliable which isn't what a taxi firm should be...

I've had a really poor experience with this taxi firm. I went to theatre in town and caught train to Lea Hall Station. I ordered a taxi for 1130pm from Lea Hall. After numerous telephone calls, saying 10 mins, then another 10 mins, it eventually came 1 hour later. Me and my mum who is a pensioner were freezing cold and upset by the experience. The firm were apologetic and taxi driver was great but experience terrible. I won't be using this firm again x
