Taxis in West Bromwich, West Midlands

I've been left waiting from 20minutes to an hour on NUMEROUS occasions and when they've just pit the prices up its not acceptable. Its not the drivers fault but the office is not passing them the jobs early enough despite phone calls to the office to remind them

Truly appalling service- couldnt find house, then took couple approximately 8 miles out of the way instead of taking direct route, then charged double the normal price on the premise that it was after 12 prices ( was at an 11.30 pick up). When I phoned to complain, hung up on me twice. Dreadful.

Had a taxi a few times from the Bloxwich radio team and will recommend an use again as they are very well mannered drivers and do there job professionally and honestly Im giving you a 5 For your services well managed firm thanks (malleh chaata ka ne oh) good job guys keep it up

Mom order a taxi was £5 so she gave him £10 said sorry got no charge will be back soon to give her the money still waiting. I phone them and told them I want the money drop off mine and how dear you rip off a o.a.p

Dont bother using. Prebooked a taxi they had all flight details and then after waiting an hour they said there was a motorway accident then driver said they forgot to send the taxi. No courtesy call either way and no resolution to the problem. Awful customer service and rude unhelpful driver who didnt offer to help with our cases.

Will never use this firm again. Used this taxi firm for first time due to being left without a car and having to pick up kids from school. Driver dropped me at the school to pick kids up but refused to wait for the return journey, said he will send another car, left waiting ages, no car turned up, after 2 further calls finally turned up. The return journey driver was friendly and helpful but due to the actions of the original driver I will never use again or recommend.

Vile aggressive driver driving a white Astra with reg plate BT62 OUO tried to mount a kerb that was not dropped. I was parked up in my car and he became aggressive and intimidating calling me a stupid **female dog**. I informed the company about their driver and they didnt care! Absolutely vile driver - do not use this company if you value your safety!

AVOID waited over 1 hour to be told no WHEELCHAIR driver lied to me ask ASDA STAFF CAPE HILL SMETHWICK WHO CALLED TIMES on camera to prove this, your response heritage joke cars,operations lie CHECK YOUR RECORDINGS ..AVOID

Today I booked the taxi a few hours earlier, someone supposed to pick me up from work at 23.15 , no show , I called the operator but they just said they dont know when my taxi will arrive .. at the end they came 45 min late .. big disappointment as I have been using their service for many years ..

No point booking in advance. They dont bother. No advance booking system here. They just find driver at the time of travel even if you call them hours ago. This was told to me by person on phone. Rude customer service

Phoned this company this morning and twice they put the phone down on me!!!!!

My partner and i used their cars regularly last year paying £25 fares daily for many weeks and also the following months and they were great. Last year i stopped using them as was having to recall them up to three times to find out where the car was or to be told they had nobody available for 30/40 minutes! On one journey (10 miles) a decent fare i'd say, the driver play3d his face cos i wanted to stop off at the shop and he was worried he wouldn't be able to get to his certain mosque to pray! So sped all the way there. We were in citycentre lastweek and theres was the only number i had so thought ok ill try them again! I spent £3 in the phonebox as my fne was dead, to be told the driver.was on his way. I eventually rung blueline (my new reliable cars now) who promptly came, only for an atlas driver to ring the phonebox bk to say he was on his way! Well too late sorry but i did feel a bit sorry for the driver cos it was the operator who lied! I will now stick with blueline. Disappointi

I have been using this company for a couple of years noe have found them to be reliable and the drivers and cars of a good standard I would recommend this company and cant understand why anybody would have anything bad to say about them

I have had a horrendous experience with this taxi company and would not recommend them to anyone!! I rang the taxi company to put a complaint in and the operator was completely rude and used abusive language towards me. I'm absolutely appalled as a customer paying £30 for a £7 journey. I will never be using this service again and completely understand why they are rated 1 Star!!!

We use this company for staff taxis and it is the worst taxi company in Birmingham! Nearly every evening the wait is over 40 minutes when they always say the taxi shouldn't take more than 10 and the office's attitude is horrible, nearly every time of calling them to ask how long the taxi's gonna take after a 20 minute wait they hang up the phone!! On top of that the drivers seem inexperienced and the cars are old and smell. I'd rather pay extra than deal with the rudeness and poor service.

I have had a terrible experience with this service. I had the phone put down on me by Majid he was very rude and had no customer service skills. I had to wait long for my taxi, when I called he didn't even bother to get a taxi out to me. Never going to us this service about, please don't use this service they will mess you about.

This firm are absolutely useless, driver dropped us boffin the wrong location. Ring the firm their response was did you give the right postcode. Of course I did . Complained they have ignored with no response . Will not be using this firm ever again
