Taxis in Rowley Regis, West Midlands

I've been left waiting from 20minutes to an hour on NUMEROUS occasions and when they've just pit the prices up its not acceptable. Its not the drivers fault but the office is not passing them the jobs early enough despite phone calls to the office to remind them

Truly appalling service- couldnt find house, then took couple approximately 8 miles out of the way instead of taking direct route, then charged double the normal price on the premise that it was after 12 prices ( was at an 11.30 pick up). When I phoned to complain, hung up on me twice. Dreadful.

Had a taxi a few times from the Bloxwich radio team and will recommend an use again as they are very well mannered drivers and do there job professionally and honestly Im giving you a 5 For your services well managed firm thanks (malleh chaata ka ne oh) good job guys keep it up

Mom order a taxi was £5 so she gave him £10 said sorry got no charge will be back soon to give her the money still waiting. I phone them and told them I want the money drop off mine and how dear you rip off a o.a.p

shortest distance to location should have been 13.2 miles. Driver took longer route of 20 miles. Charged me £30.00 for a trip that two weeks previously another firm had charged me £19.80. When i called their office and questioned the distance and charge , it was suggested that the driver would return me to their office and they would make me pay. This is basically an extortion racket , and should be avoided

They cancelled my pre-booked taxi with only an hours notice, no apology, all my fault because I dared to need a taxi when they were busy.

Called for a taxi but the woman told me to walk 15 minutes instead of booking a taxi. I am the one paying but it still was a problem? Why have a taxi branch then?

After winning the Scoop 6 Pete opened this taxi firm and gave two lads, Dillon and Saag a chance in life, brilliant bloke brilliant service. Always bang on time and with a beaming smile Pete is a great driver and is happy to carry 3 bin bags full of dog meat in his boot. Cheers Pete. you're the man.

Cradley cars are excellent, owned by Pete Goulding assisted by his two trainees Dillon and Saag they are always on time and always cheap. Nothing is too much for these guys. Five stars

Phoned Peter's Taxi's at 1:35 am and at 1:50 am he was at my door with his trademark smile, carried my suitcases down 6 flights of stairs and carefully packed them away in his car. Got me to the airport way ahead of time and was cheaper than anywhere else. Brought his trainee manager Dillon with him who was just as pleasant. A brilliant experience. Thanks again Peter you're a star. Cradley Cars are excellent.

Tried Cradley cars for a change from Brookfleet and WOW!! So much cheaper! On time and reliable. The owner of the business Peter Goulding picked me up bang on time and such a pleasant friendly guy. I won't be using Brookfleet again, Peter with a fraction of the cars of Brookfleet gives a 10 x better service. thanks Pete!!

Been coming so late in the morning and afternoon. And this morning I phoned them to ask how long the taxi was going to be as I had my child in the cold more than 15 minutes and the man in their office hung up on me. That was disgusting. I wont be using them again .

Do often ring up for a taxi, turn up on time always! Their fare prices are low, all the drivers ive come across so far have been very friendly too!

The worst taxi company in West Bromwich and when phoning for taxi being lied to and having to wait 40 minutes and no taxi came and on more than one occasion being lied to - do not use this company - they only mess you about and the worse taxi company in the Midlands .

I always use West brom cars when I go to get my shopping and the drivers always help me put the shopping in and even go the extra mile by helping me take my groceries in.

I must say this taxi company has improved a lot as before I have left a negative review but now I gave them a second chance and they have gone beyond my expectations. I really am impressed and would definitely use again.

Best taxi company in all of the sandwell area. Highly recommend especially the night drivers as they go the extra mile.

I always use West brom cars very friendly drivers and cheapest taxi firm in all of sandwell. I use them atleast 5 or 6 times a week and they are always dependable.
