What a joke, the taxi driver had NO change at all and could not split a £20.00 note. Had to get my Mum to cut open a money tin to get 2, £5,00 notes out of, whilst the driver waited outside. I wonder what would have happened had she not had that. I bet he would have found change then. NEVER going to use these again, how embarrassing was that for everyone. What taxi driver doesn't have ANY change at all, he said he only had copper. Taxi fares don't go up by the penny. Whoever you where, sort yourself out, and help your customers. I suggest you stay away from these, unless you want an embarrassing situation like this.

In the handful of times I've used this taxi company I've never had a taxi turn up on time from one phone call and have always had to call back, useless.

This has to be the most unreliable taxi firm ever. Needed a disable taxi for christmas day. Tried booking in advanced and were told to call on the day as it was not a problem. Called as instructed and told to call back at 9:30 we did and were told they didnt know which drivers were working so couldnt do it. What a way to run a business!! If I could give zero stars I would. Dont ever bother trying these guys

Due to incompetence and lies the ordered taxi never arrived. Ended up a 74 year old lady and a disabled lady were forced to walk home after an hours wait. A joke of a company. Regular customers as well. However not the first time., but it is the last.

Well pleased with service

Appalling service. We pre-booked for a disabled elderly widow to attend her husbands funeral and they failed to turn up. We instead had to try and find an alternative method of transport whilst the hearse was outside her house. This taxi was booked two weeks in advance and also confirmed the day before. Avoid.

We needed a taxi to and from the airport and the service we received was 1st class. Would highly recommend.

Terrible company left us abandoned in delamere forest last night. 4 ladies late at night and they didn't turn up. We rang and they said they were running late an hr after the were booked for we rang again and again but they didn't answer the phone. Avoid them we booked taxi for 11.15 we got a lift at 12.20 and they hadn't arrived by then !!! Would give zero rating

This company is awful and the positive reviews are BS. On Facebook and yell you can read the true reviews - this company needs closing down, I have had the misfortune to use them twice (second time was a mistake by my wife) and both times they let us down. Avoid
