Have used the taxi service twice, the prices have been cheap for going local in the area.They have been on time when ever calling, drivers I have come across have been friendly to.

Awefull driver - rude and abusive when he pulled out on me - gesticulating offensively and verbally abusive and threatening when challenged about it.

Operator can't speak English,why have an operator who can't speak English only thing he can say is sorry sorry.were you goings what's your names.cant take any basic information.useless cars are all manky and smelly over priced Accrington to baxenden 6 pounds.avoid guy with silver hackney Prius he's over priced

Driver was racist. Claimed to own the taxi firm driving a silver vw Passat B5.5. I would never use this firm again.

They were polite, quick and reasonably priced. Car was clean and driver courteous. Would use again

Booked a six seater car on 10th April @13.20 with Nav for a wedding we were going to at Hoghton Tower on Saturday 15th July. Price given was £15 each way. I rang on the morning of the wedding to see if we could amend the time to 12.20. An ordinary car arrived so half the party had to make their own way there! They couldnt get another car to us for at least 10 minutes which was too late. We paid £15 which was the quoted price for a 6 seater. The 6 seater arrived in the evening but we were charged £25. Spoilt our day would NOT recommend.

Rubbish. very very late & charged me £15 for a journey they triedto say would be £20 but I know for a fact was only £14. won't be using them again.

In awful conditions last Sunday when we had no hope of a taxi from any firm one of your drivers amazingly picked us up from audley club and somehow got us home to darwen safely -we will now use you every Saturday and Sunday night instead of city taxis- thanks again- Ian and Christine

Drivers with no road safety at all almost ran my disabled daughter over this morning on leicester road at 8 am couldnt wait for her to be loaded onto her school bus and mounted pavement only for the bus driver reacting quickly she would have been killed

Not good

Very unreliable often do not turn up or let you know not going to turn up hate public transport various reasons some drivers late bad drivers unreliable and certain taxi companies etc over charge rip you off drive bad and play music loud etc i could go on but havin said that there are exceptions to the rule so to speak sum sum are okay

They arrive quickly, low fare prices! Never have let me down, reliable, friendly service always!
