Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Left one star as you cant leave zero stars. It is beyond words how shambolic this firm is! I cannot believe they are still in business! The minibus which took us to the airport was not roadworthy and would doubtless have failed an MOT, and we were left waiting for 2 taxis on the return journey after being told they were both parked on level 2 of the multi-storey car park. This was clearly just a lie to buy time as neither car was even at the airport. One turned up around 20 minutes later with less than 1/8 tank of fuel in it, and the other arrived around 40 mins after that! Cheap for a reason - you get what you pay for! To be fair, both drivers were lovely - it is the organisation (or lack thereof!) which is to blame. Never again

Booked this firm for an airport run for my son and his friend. They were on time both there and back + very reasonably prices. I would definitely use again and would recommend to others.

Booked a taxi for 9am to take me to the hospital, car arrived a couple of mins early,I'm not the quickest at my age,but driver was very helpful n patient with me, helped me inside to the waiting room,

Ordered a taxi from this company tonight from lighten Leigh to Burnley and when we rang up 10 minutes after it was supposed to arrive the man at the end of the line Said " do you want a fucking taxi or not " needless to say we gat a different company !!!!! Won't be using them again !!!!

Awful people to deal with. They arrived to pick us up 10 minutes earlier than requested. By the time we got our coats the car had gone. No notification from them that they had arrived. The operator was rude and it was apparently our fault despite us being ready for the time requested.

Another name you can trust and rely on them to come on time. Like the drivers, drive at good pace and also very friendly, talk to customers. Price is very decent.

If you wish to get a taxi which is on time my recommendation is use this firm, they are often on time and never over charge!

Untrustworthy drivers, paid £50 fare to Manchester, wanted a return journey which they wouldn't accept without a deposit £10. Taxi never turned up & they have not returned the deposit. Dishonest to say the least.

Used just once the value was terrible was charged 4.50 for just a one mile journey! On the other hand they was on time, driver did seem friendly just the price lets them down.

Have used this firm before for taxis they have not always been on time though.They can be a little slow in turning up, the prices for getting a fare are decent on the other hand.

Have used the taxi service twice, the prices have been cheap for going local in the area.They have been on time when ever calling, drivers I have come across have been friendly to.

Driver was racist. Claimed to own the taxi firm driving a silver vw Passat B5.5. I would never use this firm again.

They were polite, quick and reasonably priced. Car was clean and driver courteous. Would use again

Radio operator confirmed £8 when booking taxi however driver charged £10. Driver extremely rude when quizzed him about the price change. Will not use again.
