    • I've been using Surrey Cars of Guildford for best part of 4 years. These guys are by far the best Taxi Service in this area from my experience. They have an excellent fleet of executive cars which are very reasonably priced. I use their app to book my car and receive a text with vehicle/driver details when the car is outside. Being a frequent traveler to the airports (twice a week) I'm able to book my car in seconds using their smartphone app. Highly recommended, if your looking for a reliable Guildford/Godalming area taxis.

    • One star - just. I booked a taxi for my mother (91 years) to take her to a local surgery for an appointment at 10am. I made clear to them her age st the time of booking. The taxi didnt turn up and mother had to chase them. She was very late and very stressed. All bookings go to a central hub and from there it seems like pot luck if you are dedicated a taxi. Disappointing experience and I will not be using again until the ratings improve (vastly) here. When I spoke me to them to ask why, they were very sheepish and offered apologies but what use is that if you have important appointments to make.

    • In my review dated 5th July 2018, I said that I would update daily. However as soon as I reported to the company that I had posted online as I said I would (Including on this forum), I had a communication from "Tim" who said he would look into it for me. Accordingly I felt it would be unfair of me to post until he had been given a chance. I was away for a few days, but on my return I found that Tim was true to his word and my money had been returned. With consistent 1 star ratings, this company has a long way to go to perform properly and to regain the trust of their public. From all my dealings with them - apart from Tim - they have so little about them that is positive. Even the switchboard is never answered and goes to a voicemail. Was there ever a business in need of a serious overhaul. For Tim's benefit I hope that they do so. He seems to be the only bright light. Good people like him need support from the top management whilst they still have a business to worry about.
