    • On 16th February 5.45am, I had to get the very short distance, at silly o'clock in the morning, with luggage, from the Wightlink Car Ferry Terminal, as a foot passenger, to catch a coach and I was stressing out ! I called the day before as I was worried it just wouldn't be worth their while. The lady who arranged my taxi was extremely kind and reassuring. As I walked off the ferry I saw the driver stood outside his car, waving at me and he greeted me by my first name and with a wide smile. He was absolutely lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. He got me there in plenty of time and wished me a safe journey and a happy visit with my grandson. First class service delivered by extremely nice people. Highly recommended.

    • Awful service and grossly overpriced. Car unclean and smelt strongly of tobacco. Driver charged us ?11 to travel less than three miles (before midnight). Phoned the following morning and received a very uninterested and unapologetic response. Would NEVER use them again!

    • Fabulous. Taxi to and from Heathrow. Unfortunately I got my dates mixed up and when in Japan realised that the taxi would be back for us a day late. I emailed Bridge who changed my booking with no fuss. I found the booking team to be very helpful for someone who has never used a taxi to travel to/from Heathrow before. Both drivers were friendly and helpful. Thank you very much for the whole team

    • Great service, took a taxi from Fareham town to Ann's hill road. The driver was funny and played Disney music in her car, which my kids loved. Prices are cheaper than the bus, would have been.

    • Rubbish! had a car booked for 0515 to take my husband to the bus station to get a coach to Heathrow!!! Car did not turn up and no answer from office number.....I had to get dressed and take him, had to wake youngest child to take with me............NOT FUNNY will never use again!!!

    • Ordered a taxi at least 6 hours before I needed it to go to work. Asked the controller please can you make sure it's on time. Half an hour later it turned up. Phoned at 6 o clock this morning for 5 past 8am. I got so fed up I walked the 2 1/2 miles home. I got a phone call at 8:25 to say they had arrived. When I said I was walking I had the phone out down on me. Guess I'll be getting fit walking or get a bike. Very unhappy wet customer. Unfortunately 1 star is too generous and the obviously don't read their reviews

    • We had not used andicars for sometime as they were so unreliable that we could not trust them turning up on time. We tried them again booking a taxi for 11 PM. We had to phone three times and still the taxi arrived over 20 minutes late. Be warned this is the most unreliable taxi firm I have ever had the misfortune of using. We will not be using them again! They deserve no stars

    • Continuing my last complaint... driver today requested a tip. He asked how much I was paying. This surprised me as the price was on his phone. He elaborated and asked am I rounding it up to 15, 18 or 20? I said just the price on his phone(obviously?), then realised what he was hinting at. Yet again, very unprofessional for him to ask for tips! ... and on another occasion... I was supporting a woman in a wheelchair to get home. On booking I informed them I had a passenger in a wheelchair. I go out when the taxi is due and see it driving out of the car park! It hadn't been 2 minutes since the taxi got there. I order a 2nd taxi and go back inside to wait as it was cold and pouring with rain. I see through the window our taxi coming, and as we got outside it pulled away and we were left in the rain again. Our 3rd taxi came, this time I did not say I had a wheelchair and the taxi waited. Do andicars discriminate disabled people?

    • If you want a company which is consistently late, unprofessional and unreliable then look no further! I had a lovely experience a while ago where a driver acted quite familiar towards me. He asked my relationship status, if I was looking for a boyfriend, and then proceeded to ask me out on a date! It put me in an unnerving, vulnerable situation. This man knew where I live, work, and has my personal phone number! I was also still in his car! I did not know what to do and dreaded what he could to do if I said no Andicars clearly care about their employees' training and standard of professionalism! Furthermore, on many occasions I have had to call several minutes AFTER my taxi was due, to find out that a driver has not even been sent yet! It's always fun to know you're going to be late with this company! Today my taxi arrived 25 minutes late despite booking over an hour before I needed it, and calling to find out if it's coming. I would rather walk than use andicars

    • Rudest driver I have ever encountered! Never again! Such a shame. I'd give 0 stars if it was an option. Drive like lunatics and too quickly. It's dangerous. Pulled out on someone and didn't even look where he was going then told her off!

    • Awful experience, taxi which had been booked days in advance was 25 minutes late. When I called the office to enquire as to where the taxi was I was told 'we can't fly over traffic mate' and that 'no cab company can guarantee to be on time'. Uber would have been a far cheaper and more reliable option. I emplore all people in the Chichester area to avoid this company at all costs.

    • I'd like to make a formal complaint. I spoke to the most rude telephone operator this evening. I tried on numerous occasions to book a taxi and got through to the same telephone operator. She didn't seem to understand what her job was as she couldn't comprehend we needed a taxi. I can't believe this is the first time someone called asking for a taxi but it certainly seemed like it was the first. I like to support local businesses, however in this case I cannot wait until uber makes it to Chichester. And I don't have to deal with such humans. I rarely complain but I feel disgusted with the treatment I have received.
