Worst service , tell you a 15-20 waiting time then half hour later telling you sorry the driver got held up ! What traffics is there at 9pm on a Monday!

Polite, smart and 'smiley' driver a pleasent change to previous experiences! Will recommend and use again that is certain.

Driver phoned to advise his estimated arrival time. His car was immaculately clean . The driver was also very friendly. Definitely will not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Arranged a day trip to the Isle of Wight for my parents in their 90's. Naz and Jay were extremely helpful with my many queries and helped to address my concerns too, so I instantly felt very confident in the professionalism of the company. Mick was our Driver and was brilliant all day - arriving early, being very thoughtful about elderly passengers and their needs, chatted just the right amount and was even happy to take directions and ignore his Satnav! Thank you Blaven Cars, we'll certainly be using you again.

Fantastic! Elderly couple let down by another company booked to take them to Heathrow. I rang Baven and a taxi arrived within 25 minutes to take them and ensure that they got there to catch their flight to Australia ensuring theyre could get to see family for first time in three years. A huge thank you to everyone.

I was very pleased with the service.

We have used Hardway cabs numerous times and been happy. But a few dats ago we booked a 7 oclock taxi going out and an 11 oclock taxi to get home. The 7 oclock taxi came at 7.20, no big deal we understand these things happen. The 11 oclock taxi.....we phoned them at 11.22 to be told the taxi was outside at 11 oclock but left because we werent outside, they did not phone/text us or ring the doorbell. They said another taxi would be sent in half an hour. At 11.54 we phoned again and explained that we had a babysitter at home and we had booked an 11 oclock taxi for this reason, it was not ok that we had not received any communication about the first taxi and we had booked this days in advance. I wasnt happy but I was not rude. The man on the other end of the phone told me I was being rude and that they were not going to send us a taxi out. We arent rude people, we had children at home and couldnt get to them, so I feel understandably I was a little annoyed.

Very friendly taxi driver and always on time and Sam will always go out of his way to help you in any way he can hes a top guy

Driver was driving in excess of 70mph on the A3 southbound at Milford. Tailgating, speeding and looking to overtake, but he was in the fast lane with nowhere else to go! I have never seen such aggressive driving. Reported to police for dangerous driving and driving without due care and attention. White Skoda HV67 TYH on 7 Feb 2023.

Similar experience for us regarding pre booked but not turning up, had to call a friend to come and get us in the end as was unable to gey through to anyone at their office to see where the taxi was.

This company has the cheek to call itself a taxi service, what a joke of a company. I booked a cab 5 days in advance of when I needed it to bring me back from a formal party at a hotel at 11:45 pm. I even phoned up on the day to see if everything was still ok with the taxi which I was assured it was. However after waiting for 15 minutes I phoned the so call taxi service the taxi and was informed they were very busy and there would be about a 45 minute wait even though the taxi had been booked in advance. This also happened to a number of other guests at the party who were also unfortunate to hav e booked with Andi cabs. Luckily with a group effort we all we able to make other arrangements. Andi taxis actually text me at 1:05am to say my taxi had arrived an hour and twenty minutes late. They even had the cheek by send me a test asking for me to rate them as a service! Don is use this company they will let you down Ive only given them one star which they don't deserve

Despite pre booking a return trip to West Ashling , the return didn't turn up , phoned 5 times and promises of 'driver is on the way' were all false. Was left stranded until pub owner gave us a lift home. Irony then that later I got a text almost 2 hours after the pick up time saying the cab was outside the pub !!! Avoid this Company.

Appalling. Pre-booked means nothing. Waited an hour and eventually someone arrived but not until 2 calls to hq. Very poor customer service (oxymoron). Stressed driver who spent far more time on his gadgets than safely navigating our trip home. Happily it wasnt raining as we were in the middle of the countryside. Avoid this company.

Rubbish!! Doesnt show up then turns the phone off so we miss the beginning of our event ! So useless and I professional
