Polite, smart and 'smiley' driver a pleasent change to previous experiences! Will recommend and use again that is certain.

Despite an email confirming our booking for a taxis for 6 people they didn't arrive and when contacted they said they had no knowledge of the booking, thus leaving 5 bridesmaids and the mother of the bride stranded, well done Alpha

Will get you there, but rude rude rude rude!!!

Worst service , tell you a 15-20 waiting time then half hour later telling you sorry the driver got held up ! What traffics is there at 9pm on a Monday!
