Taxis in Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire

Was so rude, asking me to explain where I lived - which I did, argues with me saying I didnt say something I already had. Asked why they couldnt use their satnavs and just argued and laughed down the phone. Cancelled taxi and went elsewhere.

No meter then charged way over the top!

We booked a taxi for after a gig 2 hours before. 20 mins after the booked time the taxi still hadn't arrived. We kept being told it would be there soon. We ended up walking home.

Absolutely shocking this is now the 3rd time I have pre booked a taxi to arrive on time at Mt destination but yet again 3rd time still late. Pointless having a pre booking service if its not gonna turn up. Also the guy was very rude and kept hanging up because he couldn't tell were the taxi was. 0 *

Booked on the app. Took my last £25 (for a £12 job) realised half way that they had it as a cash booking. Asked driver. Told me had to pay by cash. Called company and explained I dont have any more money and I had already paid £25 they said thats not their problem and my bank would refund that £25 in a few days. I explained I cant pay now as i have no more money and they said that wasnt their problem. Pulled up in a dark country road in the middle of nowhere in a storm with threat to life weather warning and threatened to pull me out if I didnt get out. My PTSD was triggered. I called 999 and only then did the driver agree to take me to a safe location while I was crying in a panic to the 999 operator and and hes saying “your doing my head in now” I was genuinely scared for my life I thought he was going to attack me in a country road.
