Used Streetcars last week for airport pick up from Birmingham. This was a last minute request following our flight being cancelled into Cardiff due to the snow. Streetcars phoned me back straight away to let me know that they could pick us up and with two children and an elderly mum with me this was a relief to know that we were not going to be stranded at Birmingham airport late at night. Even with our flight being delayed by 1.5 hrs they were great. Our driver was friendly and even checked if we were warm enough during the journey. When we arrived home they didn't rush off and made sure we were inside ok helping me with my mum and our luggage. I would highly recommend Streetcars excellent personal service and good value for money. I would definitely use them again. Thanks

Awesome taxi service! After trying every taxi service within a 5 mile radius I came across this number and though the person I spoke to was unavailable he told me he would call me back once he found an available driver, within minutes I had a call back and a taxi outside! Spot on

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. My daughter was travelling back from Heathrow at 2am on a Sunday morning during the world cup. The driver took her number and called her to let her know he had arrived at Sophia Gardens and where he was parked. As there was such a big crowd there all looking for cabs home, he called her again and met her to walk her safely to the car and got her home in really good time. How refreshing that he didn't take the enormous amount of monies that was being offered to him and made sure she got home safely.

Booked taxi two hours in advance for it it not to turn up. Got told it would be there after an hour of waiting on my door step. I phoned again only to be told that he had been and gone, baring in mind I was stood on my doorstep the whole time

Driver has disgusting attitude. Would not reverse back to pass. Made me squeeze into the smallest space. Almost hit my car trying to squeeze past. When if he had gone back 2m there was enough room to park a bus. Absolute donkey Have told everyone i know to boycott this business. Merry Christmas.

Unreliable. Never showed up in the morning for a taxi I had pre-booked the night before to get me to work. Left me standing in 0C and no answer from their phone number after calling six times. Maybe they just can't be bothered today.
