    • Booked taxi two hours in advance for it it not to turn up. Got told it would be there after an hour of waiting on my door step. I phoned again only to be told that he had been and gone, baring in mind I was stood on my doorstep the whole time

    • Booked a taxi and it never turned up.. waited 20 minutes over the aranged time before ringing them. The operator was disinterested and unhelpful, and said it was on its way. Another twenty five minutes and still no taxi. Cancelled and booked another local company, whose cab turned up 5 minutes later. Never again, Rude, unreliable and unhelpful.

    • This is the rudest, worst run taxi company in caerphilly. I booked a cab for 5pm, rang then at 5.05 to ask how long and it turned out they hadnt even sent a car out. They only told me this after I found she had lied when she first said it wont be long, turns out she couldnt send anything for 20 minutes. I had pre booked this cab with them hours before. The guy on the phone didnt say hello, or goodbye, or thanks you or posses any manors at all.

    • Used Streetcars last week for airport pick up from Birmingham. This was a last minute request following our flight being cancelled into Cardiff due to the snow. Streetcars phoned me back straight away to let me know that they could pick us up and with two children and an elderly mum with me this was a relief to know that we were not going to be stranded at Birmingham airport late at night. Even with our flight being delayed by 1.5 hrs they were great. Our driver was friendly and even checked if we were warm enough during the journey. When we arrived home they didn't rush off and made sure we were inside ok helping me with my mum and our luggage. I would highly recommend Streetcars excellent personal service and good value for money. I would definitely use them again. Thanks

    • Awesome taxi service! After trying every taxi service within a 5 mile radius I came across this number and though the person I spoke to was unavailable he told me he would call me back once he found an available driver, within minutes I had a call back and a taxi outside! Spot on

    • I cannot recommend this company highly enough. My daughter was travelling back from Heathrow at 2am on a Sunday morning during the world cup. The driver took her number and called her to let her know he had arrived at Sophia Gardens and where he was parked. As there was such a big crowd there all looking for cabs home, he called her again and met her to walk her safely to the car and got her home in really good time. How refreshing that he didn't take the enormous amount of monies that was being offered to him and made sure she got home safely.
