    • I don't blame the drivers here, but the ones taking the calls have been rude, lied, said a car was on its way in the next few minutes and left you there for half an hour. I called for a car to go to the vet - clearly stating vet - the taxi turned up and refused to take my dog saying he didn't know it was the vet he was going to just the road. Today I had to use them as it was the only number I could find, I called for a taxi to a hotel and was told 10 minutes by a female operator, it took over 25 and when the driver called in on the radio to ask the female operator lied through her teeth giving a false call time and then saying I knew it would be so long and I was happy to wait. I showed the driver the correct call times on my phone. I would have waited yes - but in the warm and sat down not in the ice cold on crutches in pain. NEVER using them again. the second star is only for the drivers who actually are ok and the time the cars are on time but the service overall is rubbish

    • DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT use this company. Accepted a 5.40 am booking for my husband to get to the station - taxi simply did not turn up. When I called to find out what was going on the attitude was shocking and simply did not care. Had to wake a sleeping baby to do the drive myself.

    • This company didnt turn up to a booking, didnt call to cancel and let me miss a train. They did not answer calls all morning either. A new ticket cost £68. When I finally reached them, they acknowledged the mistake but offered no compensation. Terrible.

    • The guy overtook someone doing 35 in a 30 and did 45mph. He got right up the back of a motorbike and then put his main beams on for some reason? He refused to believe that Brownsover is in Rugby, calling it a village, and charged us more than quotes. Unbelievable driving, "he drives worse than you" my girlfriend joked, no care for other road users, was acting in a rush like he had somewhere to be, and charged us more than quoted. The only way it could have been worse is if he crashed. We even asked him to stop before our destination because we were sick of the treatment. We had to direct him to our road because he ignored our request to go to "Brownsover" instead taking us to Hillmorton, and he didn't even know his left from right! We were absolutely shocked and will never use again.
