Our drivers are licensed by Luton Borough Council with wheelchair accessible taxis in the fleet as well as saloon private hire vehicles. Which allow variety of customers for their needs while travelling From/To Luton Airport. Once a week customer draw is made, where you have a chance of winning a amount of between £5-£30 weekly. Which is deducted at the next journey of travel as a voucher. We are also authorised to use bus lanes, we have found this save you greatly on time, especially around busy city centres. Not only are our vehicles modern and comfortable, they are also very spacious. This allows for luggage to be carried with passengers and can take up to 5 people per journey. This can save money as many clients have previously needed to pay for 2 vehicles to compensate for additional luggage.

    • Taxi driver didn't had a contactless payment option, so he had to call to headquarters and I had to tell all personal credit card info by phone for dispatcher. I dont think it is even legal. Car smelled like rubbish bin.

    • Shockingly Bad. I pre booked the taxi for 1:40 to transport wedding guests. The taxi failed to turn up on time. I called them 3 times to find out when it will turn up, each time they said 5 minutes. The taxi eventually turned up 45 minutes late. Instead of apologising for being late the driver ranted its not his problem, offended some of the passengers and then proceeded to put his headphones in so he didnt have to listen to us complain. That was not the end of it. Unfortunately we had pre booked the return journey with them. Half way home between Thame and Aylesbury, in the middle of the countryside the driver decided to up the price by £2 or he would ditch us. We were a large group but could you imagine if this was a vulnerable person late at night? They did not offer us any compensation or discount. Not even an apology. I will never use this disgrace of a taxi company ever again. It is my hope that you will read this and neither will you.

    • Almost didn't book this taxi company because of bad reviews but they were 5star!! Took us from aylesbury to Oxford and back to Leighton buzzard. On the night they were very accommodating when I needed to change the pick up time/location. Prices extremely reasonable!! Would recommend!

    • Taxi booked by Chiltern railways due to cancelled train. Driver arrived very late (at Aylesbury) and passengers and myself missed connection at Princes Risborough (last train that night). Driver had been told to drop people off at stations between but would only go to P Risborough and then abandoned folks there!

    • We booked a taxi to go to and return from Horwood House for a Christmas party. Paid half when we got there and the taxi driver assured us he'd be there at midnight to pick us up. Midnight arrived but no taxi. Phoned Jet to be told it was on its way. 15 minutes later still no taxi so we phoned again to be told it wasn't coming because we hadn't paid for it, and we had to pay there and then by credit card for it to turn up. Obviously we didn't do this as we couldn't trust them to send us a taxi as they had lied to us twice already. We were never told we had to pay in advance. So we were left stranded. Do not use this firm. They very rightly have a bad reputation.

    • My 17 year old daughter recently booked an ABC taxi to school, a couple of miles away. She said he was on his phone constantly and was beeped by other drivers on two occasions. Then whilst coming along the Oxford Road he was on his phone, clearly distracted and crashed in to the car in front, another taxi. After dealing with the incident he got back in the car and drove the short distance to her school, she paid and got out. He never once checked on her well being, never once apologised and she said he was on his phone again as he drove off! She was shaken up by the whole incident but thankfully not injured. I would advise you never use this taxi company as they clearly have a total disregard for their passengers.

    • Just had JET TAXIS RED ESTATE SKODA OCTIVIA. Reg SP62 OLM. His car was full of cigarette smoke my partner had an asthma attack and we had to get out the car while she recovered. We asked for another car and asked the controller to wave the charge due to the problem we had.He refused and we had to pay the driver we have paid the diver as it was nothing to do with him but we will be reporting this to the council tomorrow

    • we at best western have been using this company on a daily basis for our guests, but we are now going to choose another taxi company as they ask f or every thing on a debit card which is against the law. we bring them good money with our guests and they slack in customer service. so we no longer will be using them and will be passing on this information to other local hotels.

    • Excellent needed disabled/wheel chair taxis form Stoke Manderville Hospital at 2.00 am yes AM to take home gentleman discharged from accident and emergency. They came very quickly it was no trouble even at such an inhospitable time.The driver was polite friendly and helpful also professional. The taxis was spotlessly clean and well cared for I was very impressed and they charged me an extremely reasonable rate.Yes from our experience I would definitely recommend this taxis firm.Thank you .
