Used to be a trusted company but not anymore ! My whole family and myself used Marquis taxis in Queensbury nearly every day and they've gradually been getting worse. Was told to get the f**k out of the company owners car for asking him to to get me to work quickly after turning up 15 mins late ! Disgusting behaviour and not worth the hassle !

EXCELLENT AIRPORT TRANSFER TO MANCHESTER AIRPORT WOULD RECOMMEND

Ordered a taxi last month, after putting the phone down 3 minutes later the taxi driver was here. He was friendly and talkative, he also let me off 20p since I was short!

So disappointed orderd a taxi via the app, using the last of my money in my account. Car was booked to pick up my 12 year old. The company claims they were there for 15 mins and that they called my number 5 times. So the driver left. I was then told that there was nothing they could done. My money will be refunded but in 2-5days. Im now stuck. Cant order another taxi as my account is empty and I dont drive. Used this company for years and cant believe they couldnt simply send the driver back. My son was ready and waiting, my phone has had no missed calls and my money was taken. But the service wasnt provided and its just tough

Apparently it was too much trouble to leave the car and walk the 10 metres to the venue. I watched the taxi I ordered drive off and was told that it had gone to pick up another fare. Sloppy, lazy, poor.

Found CJ's after I needed a cab to get me to the vets with the dog and found this firm the only one that would take pets. Great bunch of lads and the lady driver Dion who was very helpful.
