Taxis in Inverkeithing, Fife

Very poor performance I thought I was getting into a Taxi with a professional Taxi driver, it wasn't he had a very poor knowledge of route just following a sat nav. Very little knowledge of Edinburgh. Next time I will use a black cab from the airport, I used a black cab on my return journey! It was way quicker and cheaper.

Phoned on the 3/ 10 and communicated with a robot . After a wait spoke to a person who booked me for 4/10 at 845 ..Was going into hospital as day patient ..The taxi was 20 minutes late ..I was advised initially I would be picked up by a BMW and then a Toyota. The driver of the Toyota travelled from Preston pans and said he had been allocated the job at 9pm ..The cost was £25.80 for a very stressful and inadequate service

They helped us to get to the airport after an unexpected accient. The staff treated us very professionally (we were stressed) and we got to the airport on time. 10/10, highly recommended!!

dropped off in town for a night on the tiles with work mates. All good fare less than I normally pay too!

The taxi was booked for 5:10 in the morning, left at 5:05 in the morning, there was no taxi, said that he arrived at 5:00 in the morning, waited 3 minutes and left for another order

Booked a taxi for my mum tonight it never showed, called them and said on their way still never showed. My disabled mum at midnight.

Taxi was booked before cruise from Rosyth, to take us from cruise terminal to bus station on our return. Didnt turn up despite 2 telephone calls & asking all their drivers if they were looking for us. (Probably didnt want a short journey fare; however in the meantime we decided to get a taxi all the way home to Edinburgh, so they lost out to a nice young driver from another company who came up to the rank!)

Left my wife and young kids stranded on Christmas Day. Taxi was pre booked days in advance. No answer for 2 hours and taxi never arrived.

Made a booking on Xmas eve to take my 89 year old dad home on Christmas dsy....had to phone to chase it up, the booking wasn't put through. Car turned up 45 mins late. Driver was very apologetic and walked my dad to his door but the person who took the booking needs to pay attention in future.

Sat for 5 minutes with light on only to be told that they had a hire. Poor etiquette I feel!

Have used this taxi company a few times and they are always late,not professional a bit slap dash,schools always take priority,they are not reliable.

have service a few times ,on each occasion, i was left to load my shopping into taxi, and also to remove it, no help offered on any occasion from the driver,being elderly this unacceptable

I visit Rosyth for work every couple of weeks and have done (Covid allowing) for the past couple of years. I have used this company all this time and they are like having friends “north of the border”. Always polite, friendly and on time every time. Wish they had a Lincoln branch! Highly recommend.
