Taxis in Kennington, London

I have used cannon cars to the airports and local runs over this year they are always on time and have never let me down I would just like to say they are Amazing

Not sure if I have the right company but the gentleman was not rude, patient courteous and the gentleman was quite courteous at the end of the ride he asked me to do him a favor. I enjoyed the service and The View. And I I would like to say thank you.

I WOULD URGE NOT TO USE! Late is an understatement! Waited well over an hour 75mins in FACT when told driver would be within 30mins ! Absolute joke of a service!:

We used Cannon Cars for the first time yesterday after being let down by 3 Uber drivers and I will definitely be using Cannon Cars again for any future trips I need! Our driver arrived to us as fast as possible and she was so so friendly which made us feel so comfortable the whole journey. Would definitely recommend!

They are always late. They are always rude. The drivers are rude and the staff at the office are rude. They showed up 25 minutes late for my kids' school run today. I said I should not pay for such massive delay. The driver became rude and asked me to get off the cab with my kids as young as 1.5 in the middle of the road. Im not using Cannon Cars anymore thats for sure. There are loads more cab companies here with better friendly service.

2 days agoNEW Had a taxi booked with clockwise to pick up a special package and deliver to East London, 2 days in advance they rang me to cancel that booking at 21.40pm the night before, and used the excuse of the the cycle ride that was happening on the day his exact words were "its impossible to get to you".... from Beckenham to city airport. After a quick check on the ridelondon website it clearly states 29th of May Rotherhithe tunnel, m11, m25, a406, A13 all open as usual.!! Obviously they don't want to do the booking, and are to gutless to be honest, the guy was rude and when I rang back and explained you can make they lady was clueless. Unreliable taxi service avoid using this company, especially if you require reliability and honesty. Because they have neither!! Pathetic!! If I could give zero stars I would. Stick to uber !!!

Fantastic service, prompt and reasonable pricing

Excellent service great rates too, I had a wheelchair vehicle adapted very well, the driver was helpful polite and drove the vehicle well. Best service we've had ever! Keep up the good work.

I've been a loyal Clock House cars patron for years, however in the last 6 months I've been growing steadily more and more dissatisfied with their "service." A month ago I was left to wait over an hour for a taxi when they sent my pickup to the wrong address. Today I had an emergency dental apt. and booked online the day before and was left stranded with no pickup. Even when I specifiy a standard car they send a 12 person van to pick me up- I have had surgury on my leg and have no hope of leaping up into one of those juggernaughts. No apologies for their ever increasing mistakes either. Just avoid Clockhouse, it isn't worth the aggravation they'll cause you.

Have been using Barkers frequently for quite a while, and have always had prompt and reliable service. Very helpful and polite drivers and nice cars. Recommended to several friends who have told me the same.

I have used this service many times now and will continue to do so whenever needed. Excellent service, excellent rates and extremely reliable.Also he is very friendly, polite, and also very smartly dressed.

Fantastic customer service whilst booking and once in the actual cab and great prices !! Will definitely be using this can company again :-)

Excellent car service will def recommend

Rang the night before to book for the following morning, they were late so rang to see where they were, they said 1 minute away, waited, no show they did this 6 times and in between kept pressing reject call.l when I tried to see exactly where the driver was!!!! Thier driver left me a message after me ringing 12 times, he continued to lie. Thier driver then rang again to shout at me as I had not picked the phone up straight away!!! Sorry pal I am busy ringing a professional company!!! Totally unreliable and completely unprofessional!! I will never use them again and I've just moved into the area so newbie's be warned, not the cab/taxi company to ring if you have an important meeting!!!!

Rang to see if we left a purse in there taxi and the man was shouting screaming down the phone at us,we arent from London so we didnt understand yet he continued to shout at us for just enquiring about a purse wouldnt even rate it 1 star but theres not an option for no star the man was very aggressive down the phone then hung up on us not helpful at all

Great service! Efficient and professional driver who actually turned up on time and knew where he was going!!!! Car was tidy only negative point was slight smell of cigarettes in car

DO NOT USE. Horrendous service. Been using them for around 6 years now and the service has been appalling lately. Rude, unprofessional, unreliable staff. Took our car seat to keep at their office and then failed to give it back to us putting our child's life at risk, even though we arranged it with the female working there prior to the journey that the car seat will be returned to us. Now they are trying to charge us to have the car seat delivered back to us after promising for a week to bring it back themselves. Not a single apology for the fact that they didn't bring it back when they said they would, apparently due to "someone taking the key for the cupboard with them". With the amount of other cab companies around as well as Uber there is no way we'd be using them again and have advised everyone we know as it's just not worth it. No appreciation for the fact that we've been their long-term customers for so long and really no manners.
