    • I've been a loyal Clock House cars patron for years, however in the last 6 months I've been growing steadily more and more dissatisfied with their "service." A month ago I was left to wait over an hour for a taxi when they sent my pickup to the wrong address. Today I had an emergency dental apt. and booked online the day before and was left stranded with no pickup. Even when I specifiy a standard car they send a 12 person van to pick me up- I have had surgury on my leg and have no hope of leaping up into one of those juggernaughts. No apologies for their ever increasing mistakes either. Just avoid Clockhouse, it isn't worth the aggravation they'll cause you.

    • We used Cannon Cars for the first time yesterday after being let down by 3 Uber drivers and I will definitely be using Cannon Cars again for any future trips I need! Our driver arrived to us as fast as possible and she was so so friendly which made us feel so comfortable the whole journey. Would definitely recommend!

    • They are always late. They are always rude. The drivers are rude and the staff at the office are rude. They showed up 25 minutes late for my kids' school run today. I said I should not pay for such massive delay. The driver became rude and asked me to get off the cab with my kids as young as 1.5 in the middle of the road. Im not using Cannon Cars anymore thats for sure. There are loads more cab companies here with better friendly service.

I dont live anywhere near the area I was in and it was past midnight, they sent me a cab straight away, there was a bit of a mix up with the driver however he stayed on the phone to me the WHOLE time until the cab arrived because he said the area I was in was very dangerous and that alone made me feel so safe and looked after.     • The driver I had was unprofessional, rude and aggressive. During my trip he said it was an extra 6 for having luggage and when I refused he was aggressive to the point of stopping and calling his controller, then he told me I had to pay the extra fee. I called his controller myself and the driver again stopped the car and refused to move delaying my trip for a second time. The controller was sullen and unhelpful and stated that he couldn't do anything about it. I pointed out that I was a regular customer and I always took the same bags and had not experienced this charge before. I told him I wouldn't be using his company again and he simply said I could do whatever I wanted. Seriously flawed service! The driver continued on after I agreed to the extra fee and I finally made it to my destination. The driver told me he didn't have change and spent the next ten minutes going from shop to shop to get some coins while I waited on the street. The worst experience I've ever had in a taxi.
