Taxis in LA11

We needed a taxi from a hotel in grange over sands as my husband couldnt travel back by train. We rang A Star Taxis. Very good service and very courteous and helpful. Thank you!!

Ian provided an Excellent service even when train into Oxenholme was delayed. Clean comfortable car, safe and excellent drive and Ian was very personable and interesting - thoroughly recommended.

Booked well in advance - got a confirmation text. No taxi showed up and when I called they said they didnt cover the area (Ulverston) and cant be responsible for bookings their staff take when their staff dont listen. Had I been on my own this would have been quite frightening. Awful way to run a business - irresponsible.
