Second times I've used Joy. She is super helpful, didn't mind at all when I changed the whole booking at the last minute. I will definitely call her again next time I need a cab in the area.

Called a day before for collection from a local wedding venue. Booked and got to collection area on time. Waited 30 mins after constant phone calls, then only to be picked up by a different company a hour later after giving up. All in all I wouldn't reccomend this company. Try Craig's taxis.

Used Village Cabs once at silly oh hour after calling a few other so called 24hr companies and have used them ever since, she turned up smiling and as chatty as if it was mid day, like the other user says, nothing seems to be too much trouble and have never let me down yet. Many thanks guys

Shocking service, pre booked journey for my wifes birthday dinner spoilt by a no show. Called 3 times no answer and ended up driving, dont trust them. Very poor.

Had to take a chicken to Ilminster vets on short notice. Despite having to wait around for a long time for the appointment, Wood's Taxis were very understanding and supportive. Highly recommended

Had to walk home on the A303 for 1hr 30 following a wedding as they did not turn up and then refused to answer our calls. Im lucky im alive to tell the tale but it would be in this taxi firms hands if anything went wrong. Called FOUR times to confirm, they messed up my booking multiple times. They said they would send me email confirmation and never did, even when i had to call again to chase them. Absolutely awful service and they dont deserve to have a business that fails to deliver what they promised. There is a reason this taxi service has an awful star rating, save your time. If i could put minus stars, i would.

Absolutely disgraceful! Charged 38 for a taxi from chilton from trimdon which previously for the same journey cost me £14 is absolutely disgusting! The only reason I haven't kicked off is because my children are were In the car! Don't use this taxi service unless u are happy to be ripped off!! Absolutely disgraceful

Tried to prebook a big cab, the larger taxi firms couldn't help so Angel Cabs pulled out all the stops to help...very impressed!

I call a taxi with 01823241124 at 5.19pm (1st call) on 6 September using my mobile number 07769484655. We want to go to Royal Ashton Hotel from Queens College. The taxi arrived at about 6pm, the driver charged us 14 Pounds which is more than twice the amount of money usually charged for the same journey. We want to feed back our experience.
