• Left stranded after booking a taxi home from a works do. When I called to politely ask where the taxi was after waiting 20 minutes I was told there is no taxi coming and I had been blacklisted! Horrendous customer service. I had only booked the taxi a few hours before with no issues.

• Always come on time, and give you a call when they arrive so you don't wait around. Very reasonable prices even for students!

• The best cab service in Norwich as there are set prices so you don't get overcharged and it doesn't change in price. Never arrived more than 10 minutes late before, normally slightly early.
