    • Taxi booked & confirmed 2pm for picking up my daughter 19.50pm flight cost £45. Getting home from Belgium to see her sick grandmother. No show. rang office most unprofessional reply of bloke says "got notten love". Explained had booking...Said in book but he'd not seen it! Cost us £85 to get her home. So very annoying. List our future airport runs & custom.

    • Worst taxi company Ive had to deal with, arranged a taxi earlier in the day and didnt get a phone call when they arrived. Then went out to talk to the guy to check if it was our taxi and he told me he was taking a different job exactly 5 Mins after the the time we ordered it for. Rude taxi driver and still sat waiting for a taxi we ordered 45 Mins after of its original order time. Wouldnt bother getting a taxi unless you want to be left stranded

    • Used twice today and on both occasions there within minutes and lovely drivers....price fair...excellent service not much more I could ask so thanks x

    • I would not use this taxi company - the handler was incredibly rude and aggressive - unfortunately, this taxi company appear to have the monopoly over the Wirral - despite this, I would not use them

    • Terrible company! Booked a taxi last night to have the driver drive off on 2 young girls because he didn't like the look of the pub. We called up to find out were our taxi had gone only to be hung up on several times. Absolutely appalling service it was lucky another brilliant taxi firm completed their job properly!

    • Got taxi yesterday 6th Nov left a bag in cab rang as soon as I realised. The taxi driver Peter said no bag was left this was a perfume set and was in a special bag it cost me over 50 pounds was gutted even more so when your drivers just keep list property. I rang this morning to see what policy was on handing back left property and the clown of an operator hung up on me .I am fuming and I will put this on social media to inform the public of this terrible ordeal

    • Do not use. Very expensive. I went 2 miles down the road and i got charged ?8. When i asked about the price i got told its because i was 'out of the area' i was in ledsham which is right next door from ellesmere port and their taxi office was only 2.5 miles from where i was getting picked up from. AVOID!!!!

    • Ordered a taxi for 00:30; not arrived by 00:40 so go into the office and ask why; told that they are busy so itll be fifteen more minutes. Not acceptable seeing as Im expected to pay full price even if the taxi is late. Fifteen mins pass so I go in again and demand to know why seeing as I did book the taxi two and a half hours earlier! They said “cant you see we are busy?!” Not acceptable! I booked it two hours ago, not five mins ago! Tempted to just get the taxi and jump out without paying. No wonder the imbeciles only work in taxis and not anything more critical! Can clearly not organise themselves! They obviously book too many taxis for the time they actually have. Absolute con and I would always ring other services prior to considering these again
