    • Absolutely discusting service. Today skyline lost a long term customer. I ordered a taxi for my disabled mother and her medium dog today and am told by skyline that they are happy to take dogs and its not a problem. The taxi driver arrives opens the window and says I dont take dogs then starts to drive off before we can speak. I call the company back up and I am transferred to a person who apologises and says she will get another taxi sent and will make sure the driver is aware we have a dog. The second driver arrives again opens the window and says I dont take dogs and drives off before we can even open our mouths to respond. I call again and am passed through to this extremely rude woman who firstly does not apologise and is not empathetic in anyway, I proceed to tell them what we have just gone through and mention my mothers disabled and has just had to walk out the house and down the yard twice. She laughs and says what has your mothers disability got to do with anything

    • Ordered two cabs for 1am on a Sunday morning, both turned up within 5 minutes. We left a bag in one of the cabs, the cab drivers dropped it back to us the next day.

    • On Friday a Speedline Taxi (reg DY12 XHE) stopped outside my house, the driver then got out the taxi, walked across the road and started urinating in the bushes.. This being a busy residential area in broad daylight with children playing in the area, when challenged the driver was very abusive and rude, despite contacting Speedline twice they have failed to respond, as each time I am promised someone will call me back.. Clearly this company hires poor quality drivers and has little regard to how poorly the are represented in the local area... Avoid at all costs.

    • Went to Milton Keynes theatre on Sunday evening. The show was due to finish at 9pm So I had pre booked my taxi in advance. Missed the last bit of the show to ensure we were outside for 9pm but the taxi didn't turn up to take us to the station. Rang constantly there was no answer. We missed our 930 train to Birmingham, had to buy new tickets and missed our connection from New Street so had to taxi a black cab home! Unreliable and poor service!

    • First they put the phone down on me to giggle with someone in the office. Stupidly I rang back. Driver was the ruddest driver I have ever had. Would not let me use the boot for 3 large shopping bags and then tried to drive miles out of the way because he only wanted to drive on major roads. Could not recommend them in the slightest and will not use again.

Called to book a taxi they answered and then hang up, called again a very rude woman answered, asked where I was and where I was going to, tried to explain but she was talking with a tude tone and then put me on hold and hung up again.     • Rubbish service. Taxi was late and when i contacted them there was no apology, all i got was "well i cant help it if he's stuck in traffic!" The driver was not considerate either.

    • Took taxi from rank at Northampton to Rothersthorpe. Distance is 5.4 miles yet fare was an eye watering £15.20! Ride was poor and my change was given to me in old "no longer legal tender" £1 coins (I did not realise this because of poor light inside the cab until I returned home). There are plenty of cab companies in Northampton - avoid this one

    • I have booked a taxi(29.08.2016) for my missus from Duston to the Trainstation. The taxi did not turn up, no one answered the phone. So, she called an other taxi, but its was late already, so she missed her train. This Company is an unreliable crap!
